They don't give you toothpaste. There is no mini bar in the rooms. There is not even a Wi-Fi coverage line, you have to use your own data. The breakfast… speechless, expensive for 4 things that they put, there are no eggs, bacon, a lot of varied fruit, which you can find in any 3-star hotel in Europe without any problem.
And what about the rotten smell of the bathroom, unbearable.
The hotel would be fine at the time and they do not invest
nothing to improve it.
The good thing, that you can park in luxury, because it is on the outskirts of Santander

Es un hotel que está muy bien pero tiene una falta de mantenimiento importante. La habitación amplia pero en zonas de no paso había pelusa de no haber limpiado. La cama cómoda pero la sabana bajera con agujeros. El lavabo estaba muy bien. La moqueta de los pasillos necesita un cambio urgente. A pesar de encontr**** en un polígono está muy bien conectado y en pocos minutos llegas al centro de la ciudad. El personal muy amable. Una lástima porque es un buen hotel pero está muy descuidado.

No se puede calificar como hotel establecimiento que da la sensacion de abandono pasillos con moquetas asquerosas puertas de las habitaciones sin tapetas ascensores sucios,goteras en la habitacion hasta el punto que nos tuvimos que canviar de habitacion de madrugada.Solo se salva el servicio son muy amables.

Habíamos estado hace cinco años y el hotel era algo anticuado pero estaba limpio, pero lo que nos hemos encontrado este año ha sido impactante. Lo peor no es lo que ves a simple vista( moquetas sucias, puertas rotas, tuberías a la vista, sábanas sucias, cortinas con telarañas,toallas rotas, habitación sucia), lo peor es lo que no se ve pero se huele. Tienen problemas con humedades y en las habitaciones hay un olor que es imposible dormir, si aún decides de ir pide las habitaciones de abajo que han cambiado las moquetas pero ni así se va el olor.

Llegamos al hotel y nos encontramos que está en obras. No nos avisaron al hacer la reserva. No había jabón de manos, las camas vestidas solo con una sábana sin colcha sin cubre canapé, almohadas sin el protector del relleno y muy usadas. En general mal conservado.

Reservamos para una noche y nos hicieron sentir como delincuentes pidiéndonos el pago por adelantado y los DNI de todos. Ya al hacer la reserva nos advirtieron de una manera tajante que si no estábamos allí a una hora determinada, cancelaban la reserva. Lógicamente al día siguiente tuvimos que pagar el desayuno aparte, (por cierto desayuno muy muy flojo), cuando hubiera sido mucho mas simple pagar al hacer el check out como es habitual. Por otro lado el hotel estaba lleno de muchachos con lo cual la tranquilidad dejaba que desear

Hotel para domir y poco mas desayuno muy justito sin restaurante. Habitaciones normalitas, el resvicio muy atento en fin funcional con acorde a su precio.Lo mejor es el aparcamiento en la misma puerta.
