The room facilities want to be poor, and the bed shakes when it is unstable. In a hotel that includes catering, the tableware is very unhygienic, and 9 of the 10 cups and plates are not cleaned. After eating at the Mexican restaurant at noon the next day, it was a disgusting day. There was always a "dong...dong..." sound in the room at night. It was so noisy that I didn't sleep well all night. I complained to the hotel and the front desk had a bad attitude. On the last night, they said they could change the room for us (but we have more than 4 luggage and checked out the next day), BTW, there is no paper towel in the room, and there is no bottled water to drink tap water, but the tap water is salty, which means you have to buy water yourself, or go to the restaurant to drink water. This is a hotel that costs more than 400 euros a night

The service at the front desk is poor. It doesn't look like a resort hotel at all. The food is terrible and the food is the same every day. The facilities and location are pretty good, the room still smells after a long time, and the bed still shakes!

EXTRAORDINARY ! Everything was perfect. Very clean hotel, lovely staff, quality restaurants, TOP swimming pools and entertainment! I recommend. We just want to go back.

En una palabra: MARAVILLOSO. Estuve 5 días con mi familia (2 adultos y 3 niños) y todo fue genial. Nos trataron como a reyes. La atención inmejorable por parte de todo el personal, desde el checkin hasta la salida. El personal de recepción súper amable y encantador, nos tendieron varias personas, entre ellas Aroa, el personal de dirección hiper cariñoso, agradable, encantadores, en especial Cristina y Sergio. Nos hicieron el tour por todas las instalaciones del hotel y nos llevaron a la habitación en uno de esos cochecitos, el chico majísimo. La habitación muy bien insonorizada, camas cómodas y pudimos estar todos en una habitación. Las piscinas bien cuidadas, muchas tumbonas. El “todo incluido” genial, amplio horario y muchos sitios donde poder comer y beber a cualquier hora. Los niños estaban encantados. El bufet, en cualquiera de las comidas, muy variado, muy buena calidad y la comida riquísima. Me encantó el restaurante mexicano, recomendadísima la cochinita. El personal de comedor, camareros, cocineros y limpieza encantadores y siempre con una sonrisa, pendientes de las mesas y sin agobios. El restaurante de la playa es muy tranquilo y bonito. Los shows y animación muy variada, los niños se lo pasaron genial. En resumen: maravilloso. Una especial mención a Sergio, Guest service, por hacerlo todo posible. Surgió la posibilidad de ir con muy poco tiempo y nos lo organizó todo súper rápido y genial. Todo cómodo y fácil. Una atención de 10 y cuidado al detalle. Como os digo, inmejorable. Volveremos seguro 🖤

Tout est parfait pour le séjour. Seul bémol peut être un manque d’ascenseurs pour les poussettes. Mais sinon très bel Hotel nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.
