AluaSoul Mallorca Resort - Adults Only ★★★★
"I had some concerns before going, but the experience was great. It was quite crowded in early May, mostly white, with a couple of Asian faces, mostly Korean. The receptionist spoke excellent English and explained things very clearly. You can have a partial or full package; they give you a wristband as a key and payment receipt, which you cut off when you check out. Different colors represent different types of guests. The hotel is located in the southeast corner of Mallorca, next to Cala Egos. There are bus and taxi stops right outside the hotel, and it's about an hour's drive to the airport. You might mistake Cala Egos for the hotel's private beach, which is very convenient for swimming. The Jellyfish Beach is beautiful, very pretty, and quiet—perfect for a relaxing vacation. The decor is modern, and the rooms are large. I stayed in a suite, and they provided a large bottle of water daily. The balcony is right next to the pool and above the buffet restaurant. The hotel has various activities at different times each day; you can check the schedule at the front desk. There are performances at the bar almost every night, where white people gather to drink and socialize. The buffet restaurant has a different theme every night, with a wide variety of choices. The downsides: the bathroom had a slight odor, and the shower water was salty (filtered seawater). But these are negligible."
Hostal San Francisco ★★
"We had a booking with this hostel for September, but tragically, my friend’s father passed away unexpectedly. We reached out to the hotel, explaining our situation and asking for a refund or even just a change of dates. To our dismay, they refused to offer any assistance. It's really disheartening that they showed no understanding or flexibility during such a difficult time. Their strict adherence to the non-refundable policy, without any consideration for our circumstances, made a tough situation even harder. We ended up losing a significant amount of money due to their unwillingness to help. If you’re considering this hotel, be aware that if something unexpected happens, you shouldn’t expect them to show any empathy or be willing to work with you. This experience has left us very disappointed, and I would not recommend this hotel to others."
Eques Petit Resort ★★★★
"Facilities, service, room condition, pool, breakfast, everything is perfect ㅎㅎ The most memorable thing is that the staff is so so kind 🥰"
Iberostar Waves Club Cala Barca ★★★★
"Service was excellent. Would have loved if the gym had opened before 10am."
Boutique Hotel Petit Sant Miquel ★★★★
"A very beautiful, comfortable, and peaceful hotel, close to magnificent coves. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. Breakfast served on an interior patio is a real bonus, as is the view from the rooftop terrace, which features a small pool for a refreshing dip. Finally, the service is attentive, with a genuine desire to meet guests' expectations and meticulous attention to detail to ensure a perfect stay!"
Inturotel Cala Esmeralda Beach Hotel & Spa - Adults Only ★★★★
"The facilities are outdated, and the bathroom in the room doesn't have a door!"
Prinsotel Alba & Spa ★★★★
"Very good stay. Quite quiet, ideal for a family holiday."
Hotel Playa Mondrago ★★★
"My fiancé and I decided to spend the week here on the strong recommendation of family, who frequently come here for their holiday, and we can see why! Every single member of staff was wonderful and really made us feel at home, which made our stay even more special; they ensured that we had everything we needed from start to finish, and we cannot thank them enough. They arranged taxis to and from the airport with no bother, which really helped us feel comfortable. We found our room clean and spacious and with a fantastic view of the forest and sea, with the pool just below. There were always plenty of sun beds available around the pool, as well as many places to choose from to relax inside and out on the terrace. The food was lovely; we had breakfast each day but also tried lunch and dinner which were equally as excellent, especially the paella! We also enjoyed the bbq night with live music, which also saw some of the staff joining in! There is a bus stop just outside in case we wanted to go into town, as well as three beaches within easy walking distance, and the forest, all of which were beautiful. There are many places to eat nearby and we found plenty to keep us occupied. We can see why our family chooses to return time after time, and we cannot wait for our next stay!"
Grupotel Rocador - Adults Only ★★★
"Really lovely hotel - cheap food by the snack bar. Incredible range at breakfast 4 different areas to choose from"

Hotel Antares
"I stayed at this hotel in June. The location is excellent, downtown and close to all amenities. It doesn't have parking, but you can park your car a few minutes' walk from the hotel in the free parking lots. The hotel is very basic for a one-star hotel, but the rooms are exceptionally clean and have everything you need, from an electric kettle to bathroom amenities, and a truly comfortable bed. There's a café on site where you can have breakfast and also sell excellent ice cream. The only downsides are the rooms' poor soundproofing due to the somewhat dated windows. Rooms facing the street are a bit noisy at night, and the air conditioning didn't work well. We fixed that with a ceiling fan, but it would have been a problem in August. I would still recommend this hotel, especially for the kindness of the staff. The owner gave us excellent advice and was always very kind and helpful."
Hotel Cala Dor - Adults Only
"Hotel at the top perfect location A small downside the lack of room service"
Gavimar Ariel Chico Hotel and Apartments
"Pool doesn’t open until 10am closes at 6pm If you want to go on a diet then this hotel is for you the food is repetitive and disgusting everyone was moaning about the food we were all inclusive and we had to pay to go out 3 nights at least due to the food being awful Bar after 1045pm you have to pay for the drinks The restaurant doesn’t open until 7pm and closes at 930pm Had to check ourselves all in by scanning each passport giving address etc after waiting for an hour for the transfer coach then another hour travelling so wasn’t impressed with having to self check in while the people at reception sat and watched us and did nothing. Pay €1 euro each for plate and cups can’t pay by card for the cups etc only cash you do get the euro back when you hand the cups back No floaties allowed in the pool Pool across the road from the hotel so the hotel is into halves half is located one side of the road the other half with the pool and entertainment was on the other side which I found really odd as it doesn’t state this anywhere before I booked Room always smells foulsty and old constantly it hits you as soon as you walk in . The air Con if you can call it that isn’t great it only fills one part of the room which is where its placed in the ceiling it’s doesn’t fill the rest of the room you can’t even notice it’s on The WiFi is shocking Entertainment is from 945pm for an hour for adults children can stay too but it’s more for adults there is a mini disco at 830pm for kids first but an hour entrainment a night isn’t good then there’s nothing no music and you pay for drinks after 11pm Same snacks everyday burgers hotdogs and chips No doubt the hotel will read this and say I’m sorry you weren’t happy we will take your comments on board not really good enough we only have one good day a year and paid quite a lot for it and it was a disappointment the reception staff were also rude I would not go back to this hotel again."
Can Ferrereta
"I stayed here for my birthday and from the moment I got there, I was treated incredibly well. But let’s start with the hotel itself first. It’s absolutely stunning. I’ve stayed in some of the most beautiful hotels in the world and this one may be my new favorite. The details of the design are incredible and you just feel at home immediately. Next, the food: Ocre was one of my favorite experiences. The food was excellent!!! They really care about the food. One of my favorite parts of my stay was how quickly the cleaning staff turned over my room during my stay. I never came back to room that hadn’t been serviced, even if I was gone for about 30 minutes or so. Speaking of the room, wow!!! Get an upgraded room, if possible. It was the best part of my stay. The showers feel like a spa experience. And go to the spa if you can. Best massage of my life. I never really write reviews but this place really earned it."
Hotel Santanyi Port
"A pleasant holiday here is characterized by a very private and confidential atmosphere! The owners are always approachable, friendly, and extremely conscientious! In short, you'll always enjoy coming back! Good value for money, with the always very clean, small rooms and the well-stocked breakfast buffet! The prices in the bar are the best in town!"
Melia Cala d'Or
"Great little hotel in the centre of Cala D’or. A bit of an oasis in the busy tourist spot. 10 mins walk from most things including some incredible beaches. Staff were lovely, the warm welcome was excellent. Hotel spotless and the beds were very comfortable. Things they could improve: it doesn’t feel like a 5 star hotel, more like a 4 star. Rooms are a bit dated, showers not great and the breakfast could be better. It was fine if you turned up early but looked a bit dry and unappetising if you came later on. The pool area is small and there was no chance of getting a sunbed round it unless you got up very early. The pool bar was ok but not up to 5 star standards."
Hotel d'Or
"Lovely, cosy hotel. Comfortable and relaxing. Great pool area. Delicious breakfast. Good choice for the price. Friendly staff and clean rooms."
Hotel Cala d'Or Playa
"Good, pretty good"
Inturotel Sa Marina
"This is the best hotel in every way. I recommend it!"
Inturotel Cala Azul
"This is a community hotel similar to Aranya in China. The overall service and hygiene are very good. The hotel can help you book airport transfers and call a taxi. And it’s right by the sea, just 1 minute away~ Breakfast: Very rich, and it changes every day~ Facilities: No toothbrush or slippers, please bring your own Note: There are very few Chinese people here. Very few"
Inturotel Esmeralda Park
"We stayed at a studio in building N for 2 nights. The room is newly renovated and very comfortable with lots of storage space and easy access to the car park, although you could hear some noises in the morning when the staff started to clean the rooms. The breakfast buffet is really convenient with great see views. However the food options aren’t as rich as I’d expect and I am a bit disappointed by the taste of the coffee and juices. The best part of living here is definitely the beach access where you can swim/snorkel in the sea (there are many fishes!), lying on the sun bed and go back to your room to take a shower easily."
Ikos Porto Petro
"Livia in Ouzo was insane. Her service and attention to detail was a delight. Always welcoming with a warm smile and upbeat chat. Loved our meals at Ouzo and Livia was great."
Alua Suites Las Rocas
"Location: 2/5 Atmosphere/pool: Kids pool (0/5), adults pool (0/5), kids pool absolute carnage, adults pool - if you breathe get told to be quiet and it’s dirty as. Food: 1/5, need say more Room: 2.5/5, dirty Staff: 1/5, moody, not engaging, helpless Total: 6/25, pump, wouldn’t recommend, ps: entertainment, poor at best"
Hotel Apartamentos Cala Santanyi
"The hotel is just average, the only plus point is this hotel is very near to beach. It's not near to any shops or restaurant, you need car to travel out. The hotel wi-fi is very bad connection"
Inner Hotel Rupit "Adults Only"
"Lovely stay at Hotel Rupit. Perfect location to Cala Dor centre, staff really polite and helpful, nice breakfast and nice pool area too. Would definitely recommend and we would return to this hotel again. Only downside to hotel is no fridge in the room but that didn’t matter to us too much. Thank you for a lovely stay!"
Hotel Club Es Talaial
"Great family holiday experience. The hotel had a system in place that you pay 1 euro for a cup and return the cup once finished with it and reciece your euro back. You could refill, have it cleaned or exchanged at any point. This system was also in place for the snack bar throughout the day with a plate exchanged for a euro and given back on the return of the plate. The system meant there was no cups or plates/food or mess scattered around the site. The hotel was lovely and clean, around the pool elarea especially due to this system. 3 pools, all suitable for children, with one of the pools having a deeper end for adults. The other 2 pools were specifically aimed for children with slides and water splash area. The animation team were brilliant, special shout out to Aroura who was incredible with our 2 boys at the kids club. Our eldest boy (6) has never gone to kids clubs before but thoroughly enjoyed this everyday for the 90minutes in a morning and 90 minutes in an afternoon offering various activities of games, craft, water play and treasure hunts. The entertainment on a night provided by the animated was very good with a different show every night. We saw Abba, Blading, music quiz and genre of dance, all very good not to mention the kids mini disco before the show, which again varied in songs each night. The food was very good, fresh and lots of choice with different meat and fresh fish offered each day. We had a family studio, there was plenty of space for the 4 of us. Only down side is for 2 days running we didn't have the cleaners come in do had to request fresh towels at the reception. It is not every day cleaning, we were aware of that, however 2 days in a row was a little frustrating and felt the non cleaning days could have been spread out better. Other than that very clean, air con wasn't the best but it did work and the room was cool enough to sleep. Overall a wonderful hotel and stay"
