They did not have AC. They did not have WIFI. Quality of breakfast was not good. The rooms and bathrooms were old. we could hear every word from neighbors. No impact windows so, although the view we had to the bay was great, we had a constant noise of the waves hitting the cliffs and it was loud all night every night.

En general, la estadía fue buena. Tuve un problema, que lo relato para que estén alertas. Yo contraté habitación para una persona, debido a que la mayor parte de mi estadía iba a estar sola. No sabía el tamaño de la habitación. Con bastante antelación a mi llegada, averigüé por la posibilidad de compartir habitación con mi hija, por un lapso de 5 o 6 días. Tengo el intercambio de mails con el hotel sobre esta consulta. Se me dijo que avisara el día anterior, que se agregaría otra cama. Se me cobrarían €20, por día. Así lo hice pero no imaginaba cómo iban a agregar otra cama en una habitación tan pequeña. Cuando llegamos al hotel, a las 10 de la noche y vimos como habían ubicado las camas, no podíamos creer. Es más, lo filmamos. (No puedo publicarlo, por tamaño). Cama contra ventanal, otra contra placard, no se podían abrir las puertas. Día siguiente, recepción sin solución. No tenian habitaciones libres para cambiarnos y tener un lugar habitable. Mi hija por suerte, consiguió un lugar en casa de una amiga, y me devolvieron el dinero que yo había pagado previamente por esa cama extra. La queja es: NO PUEDEN VENDER UNA HABITACION DE ESAS CARACTERÍSTICAS, CUANDO EL CLIENTE CONSULTA Y AVISA QUE VAN A ESTAR DOS PERSONAS. TENDRÍAN QUE HABER NEGADO LA POSIBILIDAD DE ALQUILAR ESA HABITACIÓN, A SABIENDAS DE QUE NO ERA POSIBLE COLOCAR UNA SEGUNDA CAMA. Por lo demás el personal de piso muy amable, como también de recepción, el cambio de ropa de cama y baño frecuente.

Chambre sans prise, la seule prise de la chambre servait a la télévision. Lit de mauvaise qualité.
Chambre situé sur le palier sans possibilité de se servir du "balcon" situé a côté de la piscine. (Vol possible dune serviette qui seche par exemple)
Néanmoins lhotel est bien situé proche dune crique. Mais prevoir une voiture car impossible de s'y rendre autrement. Possibilité de se garer très facilement dans la rue gratuitement

I don’t often write poor reviews unless I really have to. On this occasion I need to share my experience to prevent others experiencing the same. I have stated that this hotel is unsafe due to someone unlocking our door and entering our room whilst we were sleeping in the night. Fortunately we both heard the door open and the intruder ran away when my husband jumped out of bed. I alerted the hotel staff the following morning and although they apologised they were very nonchalant about the incident and stated how it was possible someone could obtain the wrong key (I won’t share how for obvious reasons). This suggests to me that this has happened before and I think the hotel’s approach to safety is therefore not acceptable. Safety aside and before the incident I was also disappointed with the hotel. The price per night is not reflective of what you get. The rooms are not particularly clean, we had long black hairs on our floor, small black hairs scattered around the bathroom. The hotel is very tired and the rooms are too. It is like stepping back into the 1970s. The towels are old and discoloured and the beds are rock solid and so uncomfortable. The hotel hosts entertainment in the evening (which I also think is quite old fashioned for a small hotel) and it would be more worthwhile for guests if they instead spent money on new towels and generally a refurb! I’m disappointed we spent hard earned money staying here and instead wish we had rented an apar**ent. Sorry to say that is was just a disaster and I would actively discourage others from staying here!

Mini break to Mallorca. Beautiful location & a really lovely hotel. We stayed half board, first night arrived after midnight & they plated us up meats, cheese and fruit which was much appreciated. Ideal base to explore the local area. We hired bikes to travel about
