The location was very good.
The room was not cleaned properly. On the second day, the bed was made but not swept, and there was dust on the floor and shelves.
Towels were not replaced, so I called the front desk to have them brought to me.

The sockets in the room are loose and dangerous, and there is a lot of dust on the bathroom ceiling. There was almost no smile on the face of the hotel waiter. There was no smile when checking in, not in the breakfast room, and not when checking out. It was a cold hotel.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer vielbefahrenen Hauptstraße am Rande des historischen Stadtkerns. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Das Hotel verfügt über ein Restaurant, in dem u. a. das Frühstück (Buffet) serviert wird. Bei den Zimmern, insbesondere im 1.Stock zur Straßenseite ist teils vorsicht geboten, da die Fensterläden undicht sind und teils schwarzer Schimmel sichtbar ist. Die zugehörigen Bilder stammen aus Zimmer 104! Zimmer nach hinten sind deutlich ruhiger und je höher man sein Zimmer hat, umso besser werden sie.

The accommodation was really nice. They were friendly and explained things in detail, and the surroundings of the hotel were also very nice. There was a bathtub, so it was great to relieve fatigue after walking.
