The hotel surprised us. The location in the heart of Santiago, close to everything. Walking you go anywhere in the city.
The room is spacious, comfortable and pleasant. The heating works correctly and you don't get cold.
Room located on the 4th floor where noise is not heard.
Very friendly staff.
We would stay here again.
Very good quality-price ratio!

The photos do not correspond at all to what you find. Much older and deteriorated state of the hotel in terms of bathroom and bedroom. Cleanliness, not bad at all, although dusty and the inside of the cabinets smells strong. The worst thing about the place is the noise. There is no soundproofing. You can hear absolutely everything from adjoining rooms. Even if you put the TV at volume 1 you can hear everything, snoring, talking in the rooms... A real HORROR if you want to rest since it is something IMPOSSIBLE. Yes, the price is OK.
