Well location of 15 min walk to the city centre,rooms that in the Main Street side too noisy

Location is ok, 15 mins walk to the main square and the Train Station. The supermarket is right opposite. Good if the room is not facing the main road as can be quite noisy as there are cafe/bars downstairs.

The hotel surprised us. The location in the heart of Santiago, close to everything. Walking you go anywhere in the city. The room is spacious, comfortable and pleasant. The heating works correctly and you don't get cold. Room located on the 4th floor where noise is not heard. Very friendly staff. We would stay here again. Very good quality-price ratio!

The stay was very correct! The room had everything we could hope for. It was large, as was the bathroom, clean and the bed was very comfortable. We will surely repeat!

The service attitude at the counter is not good, and the parking lot cannot be opened first and then checked in. The sound insulation of the room is not good, you can hear the conversation next door, and the bathroom is slippery and easy to slip. Will not stay again

The different rooms are heard a lot, we had a problem with the reservation and another to enter with the card, everything was solved great but they are details that mark a trip, the young boy is a 10 in friendliness

The photos do not correspond at all to what you find. Much older and deteriorated state of the hotel in terms of bathroom and bedroom. Cleanliness, not bad at all, although dusty and the inside of the cabinets smells strong. The worst thing about the place is the noise. There is no soundproofing. You can hear absolutely everything from adjoining rooms. Even if you put the TV at volume 1 you can hear everything, snoring, talking in the rooms... A real HORROR if you want to rest since it is something IMPOSSIBLE. Yes, the price is OK.

It is located about a 15 minute walk to the main old town. It's cheap and the name is hostel, but it's a hotel with a private bathroom. There's also a bathtub. The soundproofing is a bit poor, but it seems unavoidable due to the characteristics of the old building. comfortable to stay

Super for a touch of luxury after the Camino de Santiago. Close to bus and train station for getting away. Quiet if you're on the courtyard side. Our pilgrim price included breakfast at the sports bar which was a croissant, cafe con leche and orange juice- delicious. Ate dinner at macburger nearby one night which was also good. Supermarket nearby for essentials. Comfortable beds. Clean. Great wifi. Good shower. Small issue with air con- seemed to still be in winter mode and only heating room despite outside temp of 26. Would recommend nonetheless.
