Ужасный сервис. Не могли принести бокал для вина в комнату. Только за несколько евро они могут принести в номер просто бокал. Старый отель. Многое сломано. Сама территория приятная. Завтраки обычные Отель расположен неудобно. Рядом не. Даже магазинов

The hotel and premises are clean and beautiful. It is very close to airport and they have a shuttle to take you to Santiago old area since it is not within walking distance. We were renting a car so we had no problems going around. The staff was professional and we even had dinner at the restaurant and appetizers another night at the lobby bar. The lobby bar has a full dinner menu which is very convenient if you are tired of spending a day walking in the city and don't feel like dressing up to have dinner at their restaurant. We were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Hôtel bien placé car présence d’une navette pour aller au centre historique.
Manque une cafetière, des chaussons dans la chambre pour un 4 étoiles.
Personnel pas toujours très agréable, nous avons eu une très mauvaise expérience avec la navette. Nous avions deux poussettes (enfant de un mois et un de 20mois), et le chauffeur n’est pas descendu nous aider , nous avons dû tout faire nous même... nous l’avons signalé à la personne de l’accueil en arrivant qui a été à peine aimable et ne nous a pas pris en considération… où est le service client? C’est vraiment décevant !

Es un poco caro, pero la verdad que cumplen muchísimo. El lugar es muy bonito y genial para descansar puesto que las camas son excepcionalmente cómodas y las habitaciones silenciosas. El baño nos gustó mucho.
