Un hotel situado en el centro, ubicación excelente.
Para nosotros algo recargado en su decoración y algo desfasado. Habitaciones muy grandes y camas enormes. Creo que nos asignaron una habitación de menor categoría al coger una oferta. Vistas a un patio oscuro y los suelos del baño algo sucios.

酒店位置好，離火車站及汽車站走路10分鐘，離老城走路不超過10分鐘。邊上有超市及餐廳。
房間非常大，衞生間也大。房間及衞生間的設施非常好。
很遺憾房間沒有燒水壺

Hotel de 5 estrellas, muy cerca del casco histórico de Santiago al que se llega caminando en 5 minutos. El hotel tiene parking de pago y la llegada al mismo está muy bien indicada en su página web. Se trata de un hotel antiguo, con solera. Unas zonas comunes muy bien decoradas y la habitación enorme. Cama extra grande y muy cómoda. Muy limpia y muy bien decorada. La unica pega es el desayuno. Se sirve en la cafetería del hotel y no dispone de cocina en vivo. El café es bastante malo y no hay mucha variedad de productos. No se corresponde con un 5 estrellas. Por lo demás, el trato del personal exquisito.

Hotel muito bom! Excelente! O quarto e o banheiro são muito grandes. Tudo bem antigo, mas bem conservado e limpo. Estacionamento no subterrâneo do hotel o que ajuda muito ao custo de 16 euros a diária.
A localização é excelente, pois é muito perto de tudo. Uma caminhada de 10 minutos está na Catedral. Me hospedaria novamente.

We stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights. The room was big and clean but very old-fashioned, it really needs a makeover. The glass door of the bathroom was chipped in some parts, even if they announce slippers and robe on the site, there weren’t any…The room was quiet at night but in the morning the cleaning lady was making a lot of noise when entering the office near it. The hall always smelled like fried chips. The breakfast had pretty much variety (even gluten free options), but the food didn’t seem that fresh. The waiter in charge of the breakfast was very nice and helpful. Some decades ago could have been a 5star hotel but not anymore…
