El personal muy agradable no tengo queja ,pero todo lo demás no ha sido de nuestro agrado ,para ser un 4 estrellas faltan muchos detalles,y modernizar el hotel todo súper anticuado,el bufet desayuno no está mal si lo que ponen estuviera recién hecho,huevos revueltos resecos e insípidos,salchichas y chorizo como piedras, en conclusión nos fuimos una noche antes de lo previsto porque no coincidía con lo contratado.

Sanita Não estava particularmente bem limpa. Quarto foi renovado, mas, ainda assim, acusa o peso dos anos. Hotel antigo. Para uma noite é suficiente, mas não voltaria. Cobrar 17 euros por pessoa para usar a piscina interior é um abuso. Já foi certamente um bom 4 estrelas,mas já não é.

Hola, con referencia al personal tanto en recepción como en el Spa, muy buen trato y disponibilidad, aunque se ve que en estas fechas están sobrepasados de trabajo y falta de personal. Lo peor el frío en todas las estancias, tanto en habitación, comedor y demás espacios públicos. En la habitación el aire acondicionado funcionaba bien, pero muy ruidoso, el suelo gélido. A mayores se ve que deben estar con obras y reacondicionando el local e instalaciones, pues en el Spá había varios elementos que no funcionaban.

Todo muy bien, atención, comida, limpieza.... pero el colchón era durísimo Animo a los hoteles a que tengan en cuenta la opción de un colchón más blando. O bien que tengan algunas habitaciones con otro tipo de colchón más blando. Poder descansar por la noche, es fundamental en cualquier circunstancia

No es la primera vez que me hospedo en este hotel y la verdad que siempre muy bien. Las habitaciones son grandes y cómodas y el servicio excelente. Había hecho la reserva a último momento en la web, y fue muy rápido y sin problemas. Gracias
