Hotel it self was good enough. Found it to be dated in fixtures & fittings and lacking in hot water, (it was always warm just not hot). Room was spacious enough with two very large single beds, although did order a double. Bathroom had everything you would expect. Plenty of storage in room as well. Breakfast was average, but nothing was kept very hot. Still there was a decent selection.
All in all, everything was alright just not spectacular, which was a bit of a shame as stayed in some very good 4× eurostars hotels before.
Location is about 15mins walk or 5€ in taxi to centre

It’s a bit away from the attraction, but it’s more convenient to drive. The underground garage can be directly connected to the floor where the room is located. The room is a suite with an extra bed. The surrounding is very quiet.

Nos encantó este hotel. La ubicación a solo unas 10 cuadras de la catedral de Santiago, todo recto, nos permitió estar a la vez cerca del casco histórico pero alejados del bullicio propio de la Praza do Obradoiro. Muy lindas habitaciones. Cómodas. Muy buen desayuno, servido en el último piso con espectaculares vistas. No dejen de probar la Torta de Santiago que sirven en el desayunador. Espectacular. Todo el personal del hotel, recepción, desayunador, limpieza, hacen gala de la simpatía y calidez gallega. Te sientes como en casa.

El hotel muy costoso para lo que ofrece. Las dos noches más malucas de todo nuestro viaje, la cama incomoda, demasiado blanda, desajustada sonaba, el aire no funciona, la ducha sin presión de agua…terrible todo. Pagamos el desayuno aparte y en el restaurante una señora detrás de los huéspedes vigilando si sacan una fruta, una botella de agua o un pastel…terrible.

-La nevera de la habitación dañada -En el restaurante una señora que atiende se dedica a perseguir a los clientes y nos regaño por colocar un poco de agua en un termo y nos regaño por salir comiendo un brownie -la cama sonaba -somos un grupo de 6 personas y es unánime la opinión regular del hotel - las personas de la recepción son amables y diligentes
