Foi tudo bem. Fiquei apenas uma noite. Gostei do quarto grande,da idéia dos lavatórios serem fora da casa de banho. O colchão confortável porém os pés das camas estavam meio soltos e tortos dando instabilidade à cama e fazendo barulho à qualquer movimento. No local não tem opções de comércio próximo,o que não tem problema para quem está de carro.

El Hotel está bien, la ubicación también las habitaciones bien… pero… es inadmisible un hotel de 4 estrellas con la bañera que tiene, poquísima presión y ve de 1 mm que pase de lava ardiendo a glaciar, señores, aquí vienen muchos grupos de gente mayor, renovar parque de duchas YA !!

El personal humano un 10 en todos los sentidos! Muy profesionales, el Hotel es muy completo y se respira un ambiente de limpieza y armonía. Lo recomiendo 100%. Nunca os voy a olvidar! La ubicación y el acceso es excelente. La entrada del Hotel es magnífica y posee de parking en la calle.

I stayed in the this Hotel due to unfortunate circumstances on a flight from Funchal to Manchester UK, resulting in Diverting to Santiago. I had a prolonged stay due to dealing with formalities with a Lady I was accompanying, and can only describe ALL the staff at this hotel as EXCELLENT. Nothing was too much trouble for them and their Kindness to the Lady I was travelling with was heart warming. Special thanks to Receptionist Eva Carracedo who was particularly helpful, going out of her way with translations and paperwork. I hope to stay here again for more pleasant reasons. 5 Starts to everyone Dr S

A primera vista. Despues de cinco dias de estar en el hotel "Puerta del Camino", os contaré algo, la llegada a primera vista es espectacular, lleno de luz, grande, buenas "tertulias" muy bien situadas de forma que no interrumpe la entrada ni salida de clientes con equipajes, una gran recepción,y no sé exactamente, pero a ojo unas 140 habitaciones. Todo ésto generó en mi una suspicacia: ¡no vamos a descansar con tanto ruido, a tope de gente, y en fiestas de Navidad! Nos encontramos con un hotel de lo más cálido, discreto, con un personal perfecto, unos cuartos acogedores, impecable y silencioso, nos hizo sentir como si fuesemos los únicos clientes, el último dia era año viejo... había festejo... era normal... Ilegamos a nuestro cuarto...y silencio absoluto. Se preguntarán el porque de todo esto, y es que cuando algo nos molesta, enseguida protestamos y las quejas suelen ser habituales, de ahi que considere justo, contar una experiencia positiva y amable, para todo aquel que vaya a Santiago de Compostela y tanto si busca tranquilidad, o festejo, este es su Hotel. ¡Gracias a todo el personal!.
