El hotel está fuera de Santiago. Con el calor que está haciendo, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Pasamos calor. Por lo demás todo bien. Ah…mejor no desayunar en el hotel, es muy caro y está cortito de material.

We stayed one night in this 4-star hotel that must have been successful in the 90s due to its age and spaciousness and is being renovated little by little today. In our case we had a problem that the system was not working well and they sent us to a room that was occupied with things inside but the super nice afternoon receptionist changed it for us and on top of that we got a renovated one and first she went to check that it was free. As for breakfast, it was very scarce and there was only one person for everything and they could have put another one. Because of the staff, everything was correct, except that there was that problem with the system that has been like this for days. Yes, the hotel smells of humidity.

He visto en alguna reseña que es barato , en nuestro caso pagamos 100€ por noche por una habitación doble, solo dormir. He estado en muy buenos hoteles por ese precio, con habitación y media pensión. Desastroso, cuatro estrellas de los años 60. Hoy en día no se merece ninguna. Poco personal, el de recepción sirve en la cafetería, la cocinera atiende el comedor. No funciona el aire acondicionado, después de reclamar dos veces la solución que nos dieron fue que abriesemos la ventana, una tomadura de pelo. El último día no funcionaba el ascensor, que por otra parte es del jurásico. Todo muy antiguo, dicen que estan de reformas, mentira, solo estan poniendo parches. Si miráis las reseñas, estan de reformas desde hace más de 5 años, otra tomadura de pelo. Lo único bueno, que esta limpio. Esta ubicado en una barrio dormitorio de Santiago, no hay ningún tipo de actividad, solo un super cerquita del hotel, sin mas comercio. No vuelvo ni gratis!!!

Este hotel tiene muchas deficiencias. Yo aconsejaría que no vayen por las deficiencias que hay en las habitaciones y baños. Ya podrían ir reformando para mantener el hotel. Las vistas son preciosas viendo al Pico Sacro. Un saludo. Mª Inmaculada Miguéz Vidal.

Una estancia de maravilla con mi pareja. Tuvimos un problema en la habitación y nos trasladaron a una Superior. El personal es de lo más atento y profesional. Algunos hoteles deberían de aprender de éste nivel de atención al cliente. Recomendable y volveremos sin ninguna duda.
