Fabulous stay with a warm welcome. We stayed only for one night as we were heading further south. Arrived early hours of the morning and they provided clear instructions to check ourselves in. Lovely sized room with very comfortable beds, and immaculately clean. Had a lovely breakfast greeted by a lovely lady who made us some eggs and topped up the freshly squeezed orange juice. We left our luggage whilst we had a stroll around. The hotel is centrally located making it ideal. Couldn’t fault our stay and will definitely return. Thank you 5/5

I will stay here the next time I'm in Santiago 100% for sure! The staff is very helpful in accommodating, The Breakfast were phenomenal, in the rooms were very clean and modern! I love the fact that I had my own air conditioner that I could control while I was in my room. They have the best laundry service I have come across in a hotel in a long time. And finally the location, this place is located just a few blocks away from the cathedral a couple blocks away from where a lot of the tour companies pick up, and right in the heart of a lot of good restaurants.

We had a very comfortable stay in this spotlessly clean hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and the central location could not be better for access to the old town, the cathedral and a large choice of bars and restaurants. The room was small but we did not feel cramped and it had everything you could need including a small fridge and kettle.

We are a family of 5 and stayed in the family suite. The rooms were excellent, perfect size, had A/C, and each had their own bathroom. The breakfast was robust- many options including eggs, cheeses, meats, baked goods, fruit, juices, and fresh coffee. The location is perfect!! Close to everything or a 9-min walk to the train station to explore. Totally recommend this place!
