Hemos pasado unos días placenteros en un hotel con mucho confort, buena comida y desayunos con productos de calidad y diverso. Quiero destacar en buen servicio en general, con un paréntesis en el trato especial que nos dio Marta. Siempre disposta, con una sonrisa y pendiente de todos los detalles para agradar al cliente. Días muy felices en Santiago!!!!

Muy decepcionante. Una sola noche de estancia 110 euros. Pero lo esta ahí la queja. - Los empleados bien, buena atención, tampoco está ahí la queja. - La queja está, en q no vayan a desayunar sin preguntar antes precio, es un (sin comentarios para no herir sensibilidades) dos desayunos 28 Euros, ( café con leche y dos cruasanes pequeñitos), ustedes valoren, no existe información a la entrada del restaurante de precios ( en consumo no se q dirían ……, me lo imagino). - Lo dicho, inform**** antes. - Pos data: No volveré a este hotel y no lo recomendaré.-

Increíble trato por parte de todo el personal del hotel. Desde la llegada la chica de recepción nos atendió de la mejor manera y nos dio una cálida bienvenida. Nos explico todo con detalle y nos ayudó con las visitas a los sitios que queríamos ir y también nos recomendó otros. El señor del restaurante, siempre nos recibía con una gran sonrisa y muy atento a que no nos faltara nada ni a nosotras ni al resto de huéspedes. Las habitaciones bastantes grandes, limpieza de 100.

El hotel es estupendo con habitaciones amplias pero quiero destacar sobretodo la atención de todo el personal del hotel porque te hacen sentirte super bien, tiene cerca un corte inglés parada de bus que te deja en el centro cerca de la catedral y el desayuno del hotel pequeño pero super completo.

Muy buen hotel situado al lado del corte ingles, esta un poco alejado del centro, pero dispone de aparcamiento de pago para el vehiculo. Habitaciones grandes y muy bien equipadas, gran variedad de desayuno en el buffet, a pocos minutos andando dispones de muchos bares y restaurantes.
