Para un día que vamos a descansar el aire acondicionado y la parte eléctrica dejó de funcionar. Llamamos cuando llegamos un calor asfixiante y luego a media noche sobre las 3 a.m. volvió a irse la luz sin funcionar ni el a.c ni ninguna luz ni teléfono para avisar. La cortina rota no nos dejó dormir. Pedí el rembolso por todos los inconvenientes y lo único que dijeron es que a las 3 am tendría que a ver bajado a recepción a decirlo.... adjunto fotos. Se supone que es un 4* superior.
