Good location. Practical design

The hotel is conveniently located. The staff are friendly and helpful. They are flexible at the time of needing a late checkout. This is a fantastic option for travelers, especially those with late arrivals and/or early departures since the hotel is adjoining the airport terminal.

The location is great. Just 30 seconds walk from hotel to Terminal 1 (Domestic Terminal). The staff is very very very helpful.

Best option when you have early flights.

Very nice location, right next to the airport! Good service too, have English speaking staff which is pretty rare in Chile + we had a fe luggage request which all got fulfilled and well taken care of! Also up to standard vibe, would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in an excellent location, between T1 and T2 terminals, close to T1 and a ten-minute walk from T2. There are many guests checking in and the front desk is always busy. The room is okay and relatively spacious. Even though it is located at the airport, there is no noise impact. The wifi network is very unstable, please note that the check-out time is 10 am.

After a long layover, I could catch up on a good sleep just after getting off the plane. The next day, I could leave my luggage in the hotel and go shopping in the city before coming back. The breakfast was delicious! Other facilities are quite average, and the room provided is not very good. It is in a basement, but I am quite satisfied with the light entering the room.

I like his hotel very much. I will choose this hotel to rest in Chile several times.

Bad experience. I made a reservation for two rooms on the Trip website more than 30 days in advance of our trip and requested a room on a higher floor. When we arrived at the hotel they told us that there would no longer be any rooms with these characteristics. The receptionist put us in a basement room. The general conditions of the room were very bad for a Holliday Inn hotel with a price well above the average for the region. Very old bathroom with no maintenance and water leaking all over the floor. To complete the terrible experience, we went for breakfast for an extra 22 USD Pax and there was no fruit or even scrambled eggs. Definitely the only value of this hotel is that it is practically inside Santiago airport.

The hotel is right at the airport, which is perfect for early morning flights. The hotel is pretty good overall, the rooms are big, quiet, and the food is decent. But if you need free mineral water, you have to ask the front desk.
