The room was clean and tidy! The hotel is very nice and quiet! They also provided free airport drop-off service. The hotel’s customer service staff were warm and thoughtful. Due to the conflict in flight time, they helped us apply for a late check-out, which was great! Will choose to stay next time

The lady at the front desk delayed the check-out and forgot to ask for my name. She also lent me her umbrella. Not every guest can have an umbrella when it rains in the hotel... It is recommended to bring your own umbrella when checking in during the rainy season in Guangzhou. I personally think that every room in the hotel should have an umbrella☂️This is standard.
