Hermoso hotel! Desayuno rico y completo. La pileta interna y externa muy bien. Las habitaciones muy amplias y cómodas. Todos los espacios incluida la habitación en buenas condiciones y limpias. Enfrente está el Portal Lobarnechea donde hay un jumbo y varios locales. Cenamos una noche en el restaurant del hotel y estuvo muy bien. A la vuelta una calle con varios restaurant. Si les gusta el sushi, coman en Niu!

Hotel absolutely fine for an inner city hotel. There is just no staff. One person on reception for most of time so you can wait an hour to be served, no door man from about 6 pm each night, and in the breakfast no one to help you even have to lay the table yourself. Staff are lovely but struggling. Please management employ more staff!

Excelente hotel ubicado en la zona oriente de Santiago. Aledaño a Mall La Dehesa y a una serie de restaurantes de la zona. Muy recomendable para una estadía tanto de placer como de negocios.
