The Grace Hotel staff are by far the most friendly, accommodating team I have ever stayed with. From the moment my wife and I arrived for our honeymoon, they were right there to ensure our stay was seamless and relaxing. Our bags were carried to our room, the breakfast staff remembered our drink orders each morning, and they regularly checked on us to make sure our stay was perfect. I couldn't ask for a more relaxing, 5-star experience. Not to mention, the views in Santorini (and our room at Grace Hotel) are priceless! I highly recommend Grace Hotel if you're looking for the best hotel Santorini has to offer.

Seriously, if you are looking for the most romantic and well-run getaway, this is it. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted so kindly and so thoughtfully on our honeymoon. You are greeted right away by amazing bag handlers to help you down the hotel path, and then met by the manager, George, and front reception group who are all AMAZING!! Every morning you are awoken to breakfast and an amazing view. The pool never once felt crowded, and you had an unobstructed view of the sunset that thousands of people go to see in town, but you never have to leave Astra. Most of our time was spent near or around the pool, and we were treated so amazingly well by Nikos and Thanos. Anytime we needed anything, we immediately were given help with. Our TV went out and immediately was fixed, we needed last minute dinner reservations and taxis and these were booked without fail. The associates restaurant, Five Senses, was one of the best meals we had. Overall, we are 100% going back to Santorini and definitely it will be with Astra!

A getaway trip to Santorini that we'll remember for years to come. It was not just the island with its' stunning sunsets and romantic vibes. From the time we arrived till the time we left, all details of our trip were meticulously arranged by the team at Kivotos in Santorini. A gem of a hotel so unique that made our experiences even more memorable; from the breakfast in our upgraded suite (which by the way, had a private pool and private terrace), to the sunset-time cocktails & dinner at the restaurant and our daily activities arranged to the point. We were greeted by the manager personally, who also was there to bid us farewell. Everyone was so happy to assist and assist they did with everything (even found our lost luggage). Handwritten welcome note with a bottle of bubbles and treats waiting for us in the suite, these are a few of the details that makes the difference. I am so happy to have selected Kivotos Santorini for our stay, a special thanks to Lia for arranging everything and to everyone for making this trip truly memorable. If only there was a higher rating, 5 is so little for this hotel. Definitely recommending it, THANK YOU!!!

I cannot say enough in regard to our experience at Kapari. We were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary and our experience surpassed my expectation in so many ways! We arrived very early in the morning yet Kapari staff gave us a very comfortable room to rest in until ours was ready and we were grateful to rest until then. We bookedi the Vanilla room on the private terrace. These cave like rooms are simple but so comfortable. The views from this hotel are magical and sights of Skaros rock and the caldera were breathtaking. I am so happy we listened to friends and stayed in Imerovigli instead of Oia. The staff went out of their way to bring us anything our hearts desired and we were surprised by afternoon treats such as beautiful fresh fruit platters etc. The breakfast spread here is amazing and the chef even made gluten free pastries for my husband! We could not recommend this hotel and their staff enough. We are discerning travelers and the WAY we were treated and cared for was what will be our new bar for lux travel experiences. Bravo and thank you Kapari!

Thank you, Renta and staff, for a memorable stay in Santorini. I had some doubts about the suites’ location overlooking the Caldera and the climbing that might be required, but the hotel is easily accessible with lovely gentlemen who take your luggage down to your room and pick it up when you are ready to leave. The accommodations are roomy, well appointed, and have an incredible view of the sea. We had our own patio where we could eat an ample breakfast delivered every morning. On these same mornings when we were very lucky, a parade of donkeys and one mule would clop by the path near the hotel, carrying materials to nearby sites. Of course our stay in November meant that many restaurants and shops in Imeroviglia were closed, but Fira is nearby. Renta will call Nico to give you a ride into town. Both of them are so gracious and accommodating that we very much enjoyed our stay. Following Renta’s advice, we took the catamaran tour of the Caldera, a must for seeing the Caldera from the sea. The plus side of Santorini in November is a complete lack of crowds. Our weather was sunny and in the seventies every day, which may have been a Greek anomaly but perfect for us. I highly recommend the Aqua Luxury suites and staff.

Amazing view from this small restaurant space attached to a hotel. Staff were welcoming and very friendly. The whole place was clean including the cave toilets. With such an amazing view, we fully expected to pay top dollar for our light lunches (we each had a toasted club sandwich with fries, then one beer and one sparkling water) and so we weren’t surprised st the prices but we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food. The only spoiler to our lunch was the obnoxious fellow diner who had just arrived from Mykonos and wanted to check in to his hotel room while ordering food and speaking to his wife on the phone about a Catamaran cruise he had booked for later, all at the top of his voice! The staff were very patient with him, I’m not sure I would have been, especially when he decided to cancel his food order about 10 minutes later!

I had the most phenomenal time at this gorgeous boutique resort on my first visit to Santorini. The location is just perfect and the views from the resort are breathtaking. The hotel management were very accommodating and made sure that my friends and I were well looked after. We had welcome drinks at the pool bar while our room was being prepared. We were greeted by the delightful, Christos at the bar and we had an opportunity to create our own cocktails off the menu! Later dinner was served on the outdoor terrace with the most spectacular views of the sunset. Once again the service was impeccable. My only regret is that I did not stay longer. It was certainly a trip to remember and a resort I’d love to visit again. 😊

First of all, Alex is a top notch guy, he made our stay unique, with all his attention and kindness, let alone all the suggestion about itineraries, restaurants and bars. Last but not least, he's super friendly, very, very humble and well manner, would recommend Andronikos just because of him! The hotel itself is extremely well designed, with lots of features inside that make it very cozy, in addition to being picturesque which feels like living in a dream for what it is. The ground floor suite we took was very large, super clean, the shower was powerful and hot, and so was the Jacuzzi, which is absolutely enjoyable when going to Santorini in October, with the perfect in/out temperature gap. Breakfast was really generous and the lady delivered it at the apartment every single morning! The view is astonishing, literally. There is a small mountain, a protuberance of the island itself, right in front of the hotel, with a footpath where people walk through to reach its peak, and the surrounding sea and many islands truly give a mesmerising yet peaceful feeling. I've been travelling in over 50 countries over the last 10 years, and I normally do not write reviews, but this time was a must, thus I 100% recommend staying at Andronikos, and as an additional tip I suggest choosing either April or October, as the place is far less crowded therefore much more romantic.
