Rocabella Santorini Hotel & Spa Reviews

The staff were absolutely incredible! They were accommodating, attentive, and made sure that we had the best time in Santorini, which we did! The location is excellent if you don’t mind a 15 minute walk into Imerovigli as it’s just outside of that village. Perfect for couples! They also treated us to a surprise on my birthday, which was lovely added touch. The view of the sunset from our balcony was equally amazing. We would definitely stay again!

Nice hotel! Staffs are very friendly and helpful! A little bit far away from Fira and Oia, but have wonderful views and appropriate price! Also the breakfast is of diversity and delicious!

Stayed for 3 nights. Views of the sea from the hotel was great. The next best thing was the awesome and cheerful service staff Ms Vasiliki Samara who was superb in her duties attending to our needs and requests at the reception counter and at breakfast. This has resulted in a first-ever review of hotel stay by this guest.

Lia was amazing! She is so friendly and helpful. If you ever want to hire a reliable employee with great customer service skills, look no further, Lia is your answer. My stay at Rocabella has been wonderful. When I arrived, Lia told me they had a special surprise for me…that my room was upgraded. I couldn’t believe it! The daily housekeeping was great, they cleaned and tidy the room like I had not been there the night before. The breakfast options were unbelievable and delicious. You order your breakfast over the phone and the kitchen will deliver to your room within minutes. I was there late February, so it is not as busy as the summertime. So, things might be different during busy season. I will definitely recommend Rocabella to any of my friends and families that are going to Santorini.

It was overall a good experience , location was nice , but it had some bad looks just outside the front door of the hotel.

Amazing place! Definitely worth visiting! The area is not crowded but it's still close enough to Oia.

This is a great hotel! The rooms are very clean, the people are very nice. The only down side is that sometimes it takes a very long time to get service in breakfast and poolside. Iro at the front lobby was awesome. She helped us book a lot of our excursions and was very pleasant!! We would definitely come here again!

very good! The service and breakfast are also good. It seems that each room has its own small swimming pool with sea views on both sides. The location is convenient. It takes half an hour to go to the Blue Roof Church. There is also a hiking trail in the opposite direction.

The room is spacious, the balcony is large, the sea view is beautiful, the breakfast is very rich, and the restaurant is in an excellent location; Special thanks to the fat girl (forgot her name) who waited for us to check in very late at night and tried her best to call a taxi for us. She is a kind girl! The hotel is located between Fira and Oia. It is a bit far to walk to Fira, but it is very quiet...

It was very cold when I went there and I couldn't swim. The outdoor swimming pool was at room temperature. Everything else was very good.

The room we booked did not match the picture. If you are concerned, it is best to confirm with the hotel, because the room directly affects the view. We went in the off-season, but we were not given the room in the picture! The WIFI in the hotel room is very unstable. In room 3, there is almost no reception on the bed, but there is a weak signal in the living room! The signal in the parking lot is full but useless! At night, a decorative painting on my head fell off the bed and woke me up. Since I was not injured, I didn’t ask the hotel for compensation, but they responded to the situation without any apology! The hotel room is relatively large and the sanitary facilities are pretty good. Although it is said to be in 1999, it has been under renovation and is almost the same as the new one. However, the location is average. You can consider renting a car. Don't trust the public transportation on the island. Once it gets dark, It’s no different from the wilderness~
