The room facilities are OK, the bedding is comfortable, the swimming pool is heated but small, the breakfast is a menu, the taste and ingredients are good, and there are slight differences every day. There is a turndown service, and different bedtime gifts are given every day. The scenery is also nice, facing the volcano. The only downside is that there is a charge for carrying luggage, and it is a long way from the parking lot to the hotel. I have to climb up and down every day, which is not suitable for people with bad legs and feet.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at The Grace. In every way possible it was amazing: the restaurant, bar, our room all were wonderful. But best of all is the staff. Everybody was so sweet and helpful. It was a joy to get to know them all.

The Grace Auberge in Santorini is a fantastic oasis in the midst of busy Santorini. It is situated in Imerovigli, which is the best town to stay, in my opinion. The staff are so friendly, providing exceptional service. The room was beautiful, comfortable and stylish. The grounds and property are gorgeous VERY clean. Food was delicious-we especially enjoyed the breakfast

It’s hard to put into words how exceptional our stay at Grace Hotel was. From the moment we arrived to this ur departure, they took amazing care of us and made sure we were well taken care of and having a nice vacation. The view from the property is like no other on the island and we enjoyed breathtaking sunsets every evening while relaxing in our lounge pool and private patio. This trip was a 10/10 and the Grace Hotel made sure we had the best time.

Amazing hotel and staff. Made us feel very welcome. The hotel rooms were spotless, as was the rest of the hotel. The breakfast was amazing with the views of the sea.

The service at this hotel is AMAZING, and the staff is so kind. Very clean facility. The location of this hotel is in my opinion the best on the island. Situated with the best view of the caldera, but also quiet and away from the bustle of Oia. The pool is private and away from any main walking areas, along with personal pools in your room. We received massages at the hotel, and these Grecian women know how to give a great massage! Loved this place and I highly recommend.

We spent 3 nights at the Grace Hotel. Every aspect of the experience was outstanding. The staff are friendly, helpful, and the best at what they do. We highly recommend this resort and will return.
