The room facilities are OK, the bedding is comfortable, the swimming pool is heated but small, the breakfast is a menu, the taste and ingredients are good, and there are slight differences every day. There is a turndown service, and different bedtime gifts are given every day. The scenery is also nice, facing the volcano. The only downside is that there is a charge for carrying luggage, and it is a long way from the parking lot to the hotel. I have to climb up and down every day, which is not suitable for people with bad legs and feet.

We spent 3 nights at the Grace Hotel. Every aspect of the experience was outstanding. The staff are friendly, helpful, and the best at what they do. We highly recommend this resort and will return.

Over the years, my wife and I have been blessed to stay at many world-class 5 star, 50 best, Michelin key hotels. The Grace may have had the best customer service I've ever experienced. George and Sylvia at the pool were friendly, attentive, funny and absolute stars at making you feel special. The wine tasting with their sommelier was a highlight of our stay. He also created a fantastic wine pairing for us later in the trip at the delicious Varoulko based upon our favorites at the tasting (many thanks to the staff for our anniversary surprise). The Bartender at the 363 bar also amazed. We told him a story about a purple rum drink we had 6 years prior in NYC during our wedding weekend. He said he could do better. Within 10 minutes completely off menu he recreated a cherished memory of ours...and yes his was better. I haven't even gotten to the wonderful front of house staff, the rooms, the view, the pool or half day sunset cruise. What can I say? We were blown away by the Grace. If you are going to Santorini this is the place to go. Thank you to everyone there!

We were Simply Amazed by the customer service, our second visit for anniversary The team arranged everything we wanted from start to finish we described which parts of the island we wanted to see what we wanted to do and we were made to feel like the only couple in the hotel. What a fabulous team we shall return.

We might have had the best room in the best hotel on the island for an important family occasion -- it went just flawlessly. Can't recommend Grace highly enough. Visitors to Santorini prioritise views and sunsets and for these the hotel has about the best aspect possible. You're separated from the crowds above. You have an uninterrupted view of the summer sunset and of Skaros Rock. There are no hordes like you find in the centre of Fira or Oia-- but Fira is walkable and Oia a 20-minute drive when you need it. Everything was in excellent condition but the service was worth a special mention-- especially George Papadimoulis, who looked after our stay, and George Georgousis, the manager who was very present. I'd agree with the nearly unanimous positive reviews on this site-- and question where the negative ones thought they were going-- for instance, someone lamented there's no parking-- but where is there parking anywhere on the island? If you're looking for parking, don't go to Santorini-- there are other places. We booked several experiences through the hotel and would recommend this for Grace's relationships to vendors. Especially on the water.
