Santos Hotels with Gym

The hotel has new facilities and is well located, the reception and restaurant teams are very good and very fast. We had a problem with cleaning, the room was not clean when we arrived and there were screws in the towel suggesting that they had not been exchanged. The pool is on the cover, but it is not very large and it has little space to take sun. Although heated, it was well iced in our hosting and well dirty.

I was in São Paulo and decided to go to Santos for the weekend and stayed at the Sheraton. It was one of the best decisions I made. The hotel is really nice. The location, the rooms, the restaurant...all really perfect. I was helped at check in by Dayana, a very friendly and professional lady. The rooms are big, clean and modern. Breakfast was great. We went to the lobby bar for drinks and a bite. They have the most delicious pastel de nata I ever ate in my life. Daniel, Thiago and Izaias were really nice. Their service level is sky high. I also like to mention Hellen , the great host at the breakfast and lobby bar. Also so helpful and friendly. It was always a pleasure to see her. They all made our stay perfect. Across the hotel there is a big shopping mall and the beach is like 2 blocks away. When we left, Dayana came personally to the door to say bye to us and wish us a safe trip back home. Good afternoon. I and my husband liked the stay very much, celebrated 3 wonderful days and gave a good cutting-up. We like everything from accommodation to leisure space. Room with comfortable bed and cotton I think q is 400 wires ....kkkk very soft, sleep 😴 very well. Breakfast was almost everything. little, always requested. I enjoyed the bar of the pool tbm, fair price and everything we asked came in capricho, gin, capiroska and portion of counter file and strips of chicken slices, delicious, well crocant , and well served. I want to congratulate on the good and relaxed and well-humoured service of the staff (APOLO and BIANCA ) BAR. And from Mr. JOAO q helped us with the baggage to the car, very efficient. I want to return more times 😁🫶🙌👏 We love the pool tbm. Thank you

The room is a good size and the bathroom is functional. The breakfast is very good, with a lot of variety. The door to my room was broken, it was difficult to close. And I didn't like the location.

The hotel is good but well disorganized, staff do what they can but needs a lot of maintenance. Although all rooms are of the same size, they all vary as the decor and items available, excellent breakfast, small swimming pool and amazing views. The worst negative point for my family was the disorganization of the booking management, we paid the value of stays months before hosting, because it was in the period of the reveillon, at the arrival the reception did not inform that the booking had not been paid, My sister had a copy of the evidence and let us go up. In the checkout the same distressing situation happened, the receptionist did not find the booking payment and said the hotel was not available on the platform we used to book. It was all right at the end, but no one likes to pass through this kind of constraint.

I spent only one night because I went to visit the homogeneous look that is very close. The breakfast is good and varied, but I did not see natural juice or detox. The hotel has a comfortable bed that doesn't make noise when moving. Very frequented by workers with their uniforms, some already with their bags eating fast in the morning.

We rent 01 apartment by Airbnb in 5th floor, apartment with wonderful private jacuzzi!!! The apartment with 24-hour (always careful and educated), optional breakfast coffee (R$ 30,00), is simple and excellent, but in the same street there are 2 very good cookies to drink coffee, too; it has parking and how it is near the beach (01 square), We don't use the car for nothing.It is close to the Miramar shopping and the Banner Park, the sugar bread market, from various restaurants. Excellent place.
