Everything was amazing, friendly stuff members, guys at the door are very welcoming and caring, rich breakfast clean room amazing view. The lady called Angel was very lovely neigh a cute smile.. vivi was very helpful with almost everything, we needed the vivid tests a day before our check out and she organized everything for us and transport... had best time of my lifetime, surely coming back sooooon

The environment is OK, the room is clean and tidy. There is also a pick-up and drop-off, which is very convenient. The service of the hotel's customer service Zhou Xun is very good. When I left, the clothes were left at the hotel. She even helped me to send them to my house. Thank her very much! In addition, I want to complain about the promotion of the travel agency in the hotel, it is really rubbish! Do not look for this travel agency! Really pit! All kinds of projects for you to play, if you report for pure play alone, it will tell you to let you go!

The hotel has a very good location and the room are really spacious and well prepared. It was very clean and everyday they came and clean the room deeply. A unique experience with a warm welcome and a very nice and wonderful service from Ian Lan! (Speaking english), he helps us everyday and arrange everything for us. Any questions, he can answer. And he also anticipates our needs which more than perfect! One improvement that the hotel should do is to improve the offer for lunch and dinner. A little bit more possibilities will be great. (We are also in china and lot of possibilities around for deliveries anyway)

Hotel staff was very friendly and can speak basic English. I went early for checkin at 11:45 pm and my room which I booked was not cleaned so room was upgraded to premium room for free where sea view was good and sea can be seen 180 degrees.Beach is just few minutes walk from the hotel. I stayed in that hotel for two nights but mine bed sheets were not changed. There were some stingy strains on the floor nearby bed and also on mirror in bathroom. There was small hole in my bed sheet. There was no refrigerator in the room so I requested them to use hotel staff refrigerator to put my food. Mine air conditioner was not working well so I requested them to fix it and it was fixed. Other then that I had very good experience staying there and I would definitely recommend it to others if they work on negatives when I’ve mentioned above.

Great views from both sides: once to the see side and another one the airport of Sanya. There is a river close to the hotel. It is lovely to sit at night on a balcony and enjoying the nice views. Hospitality and service are great, different choices of food, more Chinese cuisine. Managers are doing great job. Also, there is a shuttle bus between the airport and the hotel. There are restaurants in the hotel, as well as there is a mall with restaurants, pharmacy and go-mart shop. I would come to this hotel again.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel despite it only being for one night. The hotel was actually split into two: the hotel building where you find the lobby, restaurants and various amenities, then the hotel room complex across the road - little villa type housing with individual hotel rooms and pretty outdoor pool. The room we stayed in was spacious, if a little dated in terms of room decor. Staff were as supportive and friendly as they could be. But the hotel’s amenities (mainly the gym) were worse than expected. When we asked hotel staff where the gym was, they happily directed us to it (a couple of floors up from the lobby, on a floor that looked like it was going through renovation). It was a small fitness room that was dirty, had non-functional machines (but no word from hotel staff or signage to say not to use the machines that we could see) and no AC. I tried turning on the treadmill, only to see it go from 0-20 with a second (thankfully I wasn’t standing on it!). Bit of a shame. One thing we loved about this hotel, and the room we stayed in was the close proximity to the beach. We could walk there within a minute!

The proprietress is warm, humorous, positive, and thoughtful and intimate. The handsome guy who drops off the plane responds very punctually. Seeing that my name has a flying word, I specially helped me upgrade to a room closer to the airport for free. The full machine view room, hahaha, more or less, it is still a bit noisy, but when I think of sitting on the balcony, I can watch the plane's appearance. , I swept away my inner worry. The room is very clean, the utensils are complete, that is, the dry and wet are not separated enough, this aspect needs to be strengthened, overall very satisfied, friends who like to see the big plane must try it!

This hotel has impressed me very much with the warmth and courtesy from everyone in the hotel，especially the front desk staffs Joy and 小蔡. I definitely will come back to this hotel in the future and recommend to anyone who is considering of booking . BTW the garden courtyard and the oversized swimming pool are so fantastic.

Let's start with the highlights: 1. Check in and check out smootly 2. Room spacious and clean 3. Breakfast is good and even with full hotel, table available (thumbs up for the management) 4. Pool area very nice, plenty of chairs to use 5. Restaurants and room service are good, pity that for dinner, available choice of BBQ area was very limited (hot pot although is a very traditional thing for Chinese, could also have a kind of Liaoning style BBQ which is totally beach highlight in any part of the world) 6. Coffee shop/bar very good 7. Cleanness of the room spot on, well done (my negative points will not come from the job made by housekeeping but for the orders they have from management) Not pleasant points: 1. No replacement of coffee/milk powder on room (it's a very cheap thing, even 2 Star hotels do that, shame on IHG) 2. No changing sheets, which i can understand in a 2/3 Star hotels but not on ones you spend more than ¥ 1.300.00/night again in my view shame on IHG with the lame excuse of environment. 3. Disposable slippers not replaced in my 4 days stay (again, even a 2/3 star hotels do that without asking for, saving little bucks is kind of lame) 4. Overall the place is kind of old, although not yet rundown, the hotel could do some kind of enhancement of exterior appearance special from swimming pool view, could be painted or washed, repair the parts broken, eliminate the metal green box on roof (of course i didn't take picture, it's an eyesore), in summary, a little effort for appearance and keep fresh and kind of exclusive (which you expect from a hotel that call themselves a resort) Do i come back? Sanya for sure, this hotel, probably not, although the staff are great, i just don't like to be in a place that i have to ask things when i paid for the service already. I'm a ihg member but i didn't book through their app, but in trip (as i found better price than their own app, just UNBELIVABLE) :)

It was a surprise to open the door. The house was very clean and the feeling was bright. The room was double balcony. The bathroom was separated from wet and dry. There were many people who lived without delaying washing. The electrical appliances were all used. Siemens, the boss is also very good, our plane was delayed, and we delayed our check-out. Like it, I will choose here next time I come to Sanya.
