For the boss! The boss is super nice, thoughtful and enthusiastic, answer all questions, very refreshing! I encountered small problems during my stay, and the boss was enthusiastic and patient to help solve them. The hotel facilities are very complete, the most important thing is that the safety factor is relatively high, this should be everyone's most concerned! The environment is beautiful, clean and tidy, and it is very convenient to go anywhere. It is the best choice to live in Haitang Bay B&B.

First of all, the location is too remote. It should be that it has not been well developed. There are unfinished buildings nearby, and it does not belong to Sanya anymore. It is also far away from downtown Sanya. It is said that it is close to Wuzhizhou Island, and it takes more than 100 yuan to take a taxi. , After more than an hour, the taxi driver couldn't find it. It should be a newly rented place, and there are very few people living there. In the first few days, I was very enthusiastic, and helped lead me to a nearby restaurant or take a pick-up to a nearby place for a walk. , but to my surprise, the bed sheet was accidentally dirty and said that we would be charged for it. Do I have to buy a quilt by myself when I go to the hotel? Don't you wash your sheets? Change it if it doesn't get dirty?

Although Sanya is definitely humid than the north in Hainan, Sanya is the driest in Hainan. If you live in Hainan, don't live near the sea. It's humid and windy and the waves are loud. There is sea everywhere, you can just walk there. There are several fairly mature communities here in Haitang Bay, and this is one of them. It is very close to Linwang Town (about 1 km). Linwang Avenue is more than 100 meters west of the community, and Linwang Town is about 1,000 meters north. Not far away there is a duty-free city and a certain brand cinema. Apartment style hotel. I live in a large studio. There are two buildings in the community. Where I live, there are no buildings in Chongnan (pictured). There is another building to the north, which faces the building where I live to the south. The bathroom is an open bathroom, which is very good. There are refrigerators and washing machines. Because we are facing south, the sunshine is very good. The balcony has a sliding screen door (much better than some apartment hotels in Lingshui. In my opinion, these are the most basic equipment. If there are not so many mosquitoes, would you dare to open the window?) There is a parking lot underground. Because it is relatively new, it looks very open and clean. Relatively complete. There is no charge for the time being. The housekeeper told me that there is a fee for the two-bedroom and one-living room in the room type, which is capped on a certain day. Hesitation Community is relatively new and there are basically no shops downstairs, but since it is very close to Linwang Town, this problem can be ignored. As time goes by, Xiang Lai Qiao has developed. No shortcomings have been found yet, and it is suitable for short-term stays and long-term rentals. The photos are some of my own things. They were mainly taken to let people who want to live here check out the rooms.

We booked a two bedroom room at this hotel. Overall our experience was good. + * Location was good and the check in and check out procedure was quick and painless. * The price was very reasonable and the staff very friendly. - * There was no cleaning service. You can ask the staff to come in and clean but all they do is empty the garbage bins. When you are at the beach every day you will bring sand back to the room all the time so for 5 days we had sandy floors and sandy beds. * There were no real towels in the room but disposable ones that you use once and throw away. As someone who cares about the environment I cannot accept this. We have to do better and normal towels can be washed and used again. Note that you will pay 200rmb as a deposit for bedding but it was quickly reimbursed even without checking. Also the location pin on Trip.com is not correct for this hotel. We had to ask at another hotel and they called someone to take us to it.

I had a wonderful stay. The hotel was at the end of the bay that made it peaceful. Alot of nice restaurants around on the same street. They did have little electricity problem for a short time and some random trash collecting truck once a day would pass by that made musical noise but on closing windows it was all fine. Besides it was only for few mins. My room was quite spacious , comfortable beds and well equipped with room amenities and had a modern look. Hotel has three floors no elevator but its ok. The staff was extremely helpful both the front desk girl and the guy. One guy spoke english and would assist u with ironing, laundry or any help u need. The pool was clean but only bummer part had no shade, wish they had an umbrella to sit outside. Pool area had some weights as well for workout which I appreciated while workout. I liked the hotel and would totally recommend it. It is one of the nicest and most comfortable hotels available in that area with great price. I will definitely return back.

I have been coming to this hotel for 2 years now. Its in a perfect location, steps away from the beach. All rooms are great, but I really enjoy the rooftop 6th floor rooms also. Its a very good value for the money and the rooms are clean, big and with comfortable beds. The owner is also very friendly and always willing to help. The Japanese Restaurant and bottle shop in the Hotel are also very good!
