員工服務太差，其他還可以。我們開車兩個小時進山，路很偏僻，在深林裏面，提前打電話諮詢房間，跟前台女員工電話吵起來了，喊他們經理解決，她自稱我就是經理，硬是三番五次掛電話，到後面電話乾脆不接。我們開到半路，都是黑黢黢森林，不知道去還是不去。房間一般，燈光幽暗，熱水不夠熱，可能我放的不足。我們晚上到，怕我們找她麻煩，讓門衞接我們直接進房間，沒做登記，連身份訊息都沒有辦理。服務體驗感很差，房間還可以的。前台員工真的很欠，過去一個星期了，才過來評價。

酒店在山上，獨自佔有一個抱龍山森林公園，環境優美，服務及時，同樣的酒店品質要是靠近海邊估計得2k+缺點就是離海邊和市區太遠，應該弄個定點班車在市區和酒店間通勤，否則晚上出去玩回不來，影像整體遊客度假體驗

不滿意，衞生一般，不隔音，凌晨三點多有人入住，地板踩踏的咯吱咯吱聲擾得人不得安寧，本來是奔着山裡安靜才去的，結果一宿沒睡
