Nice hotel and really friendly stuff! But English is still problem in international hotel 🥲 and they haven’t own private beach…for public beach you need to walk about 10-15 min

Great scenary from the paranomic Seaview room. Fantastic location and such a luxurious atmosphere. Definitely will visit again.

Suzy and Luming were very helpful, Suzy helped me out with a great room change and Luming good on the front desk. He remembered my name which was good. Have stayed here 4 times now beautiful place and location. Lots of newer hotels popping up but I still choose this place. Ideal place to relax. Will return. The beachfront area has been upgraded since my last stay in 2022 and now easier to walk down to the beach area. Lots of excellent food choices in the beach restaurants. Recommended!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There were a lot of options for room service. The pool was great! Unfortunately there were some negatives. My room was close to an AC outlet so it could be noisy when you sit on the balcony. The noise insulation was not great: there were children running around on my corridor so it was difficult to sleep. I could hear every door slam on my floor. It is worth noting that the hotel does not have a beach so the views aree awesome but I couldn't sit on and swim at the beach. Definitely a good hotel for families. Maybe not so much if you want to do things within walking distance from the hotel.

Nice hotel with quite spacious rooms. Cleanliness is very good, service meets expectations. The hotel itself seems to have undergone its last renovation quite some time ago. Especially air conditioner are quite noisy. When booking ocean view rooms one should make sure to book from 9th floor upward. Otherwise you get ocean facing rooms but view on the front row building. Traffic situation is not easy. Consider in peak time DiDi ir taxi services may need 20-30 min to arrive at the hotel due to traffic jams. During Chinese New Year very expensive - rates are not justified by quality

Beautiful and comfortable room. Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is near the beach but they have taxi available all the time. Love the kids club, lovely pool and sumptuous breakfast.

I loved my stay at the Marriott Dadonghai. The public areas, and my room, were very inviting. There were lots of choices for breakfast. The level of service was very impressive. I even had one employee connected to me through WeChat, in case I had questions or concerns, and she checked up on me regularly. I would love to return here.

Paid so much for the Seaview but was allocated a room where half the seaview is the hill forest and looking at the hotel roof. Very disappointed. Request for a change and was allocated a much better Seaview. International breakfasts were a little substandard for a 5-stars hotel. Room services staff was very friendly and helpful. TV is horrible with poor user interface making it so difficult to operate. Very old hotel. Would not stay in this hotel for next trip.

Charlene was very professional and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. She was always willing to offer recommendations and assistance, which made us feel welcome and valued as guests. Another memorable experience was at the cafeteria, where we met Gucci, who was exceptionally helpful and recommended many delicious dishes. The food at the JW Marriott Hotel in Sanya was truly outstanding, and we enjoyed every meal we had during our stay. From breakfast to dinner, the menu offered a wide range of options, and each dish was beautifully presented and tasted incredible. The hotel itself is a marvel of modern design and luxurious amenities. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with every possible comfort thoughtfully provided. The view of the beach from the first floor was breathtaking, and we spent many hours relaxing on the balcony, taking in the stunning scenery. Overall, our stay at the JW Marriott Hotel in Sanya was exceptional in every way. The level of service provided by Charlene, Sweet and Gucci was exceptional, and the food was outstanding. Excellent hotel especially butler service. Butler Andre was very helpful and respond quickly with our queries, etc. He helped us extend our room as our flight was delayed. Another worthy mention is front desk Hao Lan, who extended both our rooms an extra hour to ensure we are not stressed about having to go to the airport too early. Was going to try ShanHaitian for next trip but will stay with the JW. Keep up the great service Andre 👍👍.

We stayed for three nights. The whole experience was amazing. U guys should really try it.

Our stay at JW Marriott was amazing. The hotel is clean and view was great. The kids pool had sand the kids played in. Unfortunately the weather was cold and also pool water also cold so the kids did not have much in the pool. The indoor kids playground was also perfect. Overall we had a great time in the hotel and at Dadonghai
