環境很棒 ，很安靜離海灘也很近，旁邊就是免税店，周邊海鮮很多衹是有點小貴，服務很不錯，管家小張態度很好 ，服務很熱情，由於是別墅區，最好開車

家人住的特別好！環境極其好！每天私人的泳池都有人清理。還有桌球案子、麻將桌、孩子們喜歡的不行！長者也感覺度假特別舒服！！！強烈推薦！

#房間設施這個別墅真的是尷了個尬…寫的是四居別墅…實際上衹有客廳餐廳和兩間卧室～裝修雖然不新，但是一樓勉強能算上四五星標準～餐廳客廳都很大氣，挑高也很高，寬闊明亮，主卧陽台出去連接泳池，衞生間寬敞整潔，次卧小一點但是還算齊全。我不知道為什麼酒店一定要改造成四卧的格局，我們幾個媽媽帶了幾個孩子，為了方便孩子們一起玩訂的別墅，本來計劃一家一間房，可是樓下的房間根本不捨得讓孩子們住。想換別的別墅也換不了～負一樓的三間客房根本就是硬改的。負一的採光和通風都非常差，樓下第一個房間是書房改造的，四面都是鏡子，感覺風水很奇怪。第二個房間不超過10平方，房間裏面床尾居然有個洗手枱。第三個房間更是像一個監獄那麼壓抑…床和床品也非常敷衍，完全是招待所的標準。#位置交通交通位置倒還算優越，步行可以到免税城，所以吃逛都方便。離海邊也就一百米，走路可以到。和天房洲際的沙灘是連起來的人少安靜。出行管家會用電瓶車接送，但是八點就下班了～晚上外賣就要自己出去拿了#服務管家的服務還是可以，基本有求必應。但是保潔阿姨的工作就一言難盡，經常出入別墅就不敲門直接進來，早上也有園丁阿姨不打招呼出現在花園裡，一呆就是一個小時，私密性很差。#其他我們走之前碰到了疫情，由於別墅沒有星級酒店的餐廳，大部分都是靠外賣。而疫情期間外賣無法準時送達還是很不方便～這時候還是凸顯星級酒店的優越性～

第一次選擇別墅酒店，入住前諸多擔憂，到了之後感覺很不錯，適合多人出行，一家人可以一起打牌做飯，酒店配套很完善，環境也非常好，別墅就在海邊，非常愜意，離免税店一牆之隔，管家從入住開始全程服務 熱情耐心，有回家的感覺，明年度假還會再來.

和朋友來三亞玩臨時預訂的酒店，還以為一般，入住了感覺還不錯，酒店環境非常好，別墅在海邊，非常愜意。離免税店好近，方便！朋友多的話感覺比住酒店合適，每天還能一起做飯吃飯，喝點小酒別提多歡樂😆，獨立的院子也不怕吵到別人，房間也比較寬敞睡的也比較舒服，來三亞很好的一次入住體驗，下次帶一大家子可以再來，服務也很熱情周到，感謝美女老闆和管家的熱情款待。
