Невероятно красивый отель с отличным обслуживанием. Шикарные номера, красивый вид из окна на море. Удобные кровати. 130-метровый бассейн на улице, небольшой бассейн и горячие ванные в помещении. Вкусный завтрак. Все шикарно, приятно, дорого. Находится в отдельном заливе, вдали от всех других отелей. До ближайшего маленького города - 20 минут на такси.

去年五一來柏悦吃過一次晚餐，體驗感不錯，這次有時間就定了兩天。酒店管家Finoa提前一天就跟我們聯繫，然後很熱情的接待與介紹，還送了歡迎水果和清補涼，整個過程中一直有與我們保持溝通，服務真的很nice，酒店確實是一步一景，最滿意還是那個130m的游泳池，本來來的時候很忐忑三亞的天氣，最近的連續雷雨天氣也隨着我們的入住放晴，整個酒店很安靜很私密，很適合度假，有機會後麪還會再次的🖖🏽

這次三亞之行是來看結婚酒店的，看到柏悦時，果斷選擇住下體驗，一整圈下來真的衹有柏悦最讓我舒服，全程接待我的婚禮部銷售Elaine，真的時無微不至的關照服務，如果想去三亞柏悦訂婚禮一定要找Elaine，如果有問題來找我。老婆説柏悦哪裡都隨便出片，真是可以隨便拍的度假酒店

非常開心的一次旅行。酒店環境很好，沙灘是細細的白沙，太陽灣海浪也不大，適合小朋友玩。這次住第五棟全海景房，風景真的很滿意，每天看着海灣醒來，感覺非常棒。硬裝很好。
這次遇到酒店的服務人員對我們也都很好，兩位接待我們的經理，管家Fiona，海灘與泳池的阿民（名字不太確認寫對不對，看照片）親切好玩，小朋友遊戲區的幾位姐姐（Amelia, 以及一位戴眼鏡還有負責抓螃蟹的小姐姐們對我女兒都非常好）都很好。軟體是一家酒店能否吸引人最大的關鍵。
這次帶家人休假的行程非常滿意。下次有機會再來。
