我們是一家三口入住，三間至尊海景房升級到了甄選海景房。
酒店環境： 10-12層甄選房景色無敵棒👍 130米泳池+家庭泳池都很出片
設施：硬件軟件都沒得説 沙灘對於孩子來説太友好了，浮潛🤿 趕海 一站式解決 四歲的娃玩的很開心。
服務： 小紅薯有點製造焦慮了。從入住禮賓部熱情接待到酒店管家用心服務，全家都很滿意。大家見到都會打招呼。房間每日有水果，下午茶，17:00-18:30 有快樂時光。小朋友還有一些活動可以預約，是一段非常開心的體驗。

這次入住的是至尊海景房，提前聯繫了賓客體驗經理備註了給安排1棟高樓層，結果呵呵，1棟衹有三層樓有房間，12樓不給，11樓也不給，給了10樓，1棟最低的一層樓那何必備註呢，何必説歡迎老客重新選擇回到酒店入住呢，歡迎的態度是什麼呢。更無語的是房間玻璃臟的要命，地毯也是黑乎乎的。還至尊海景房呢，不知道哪裡在至尊了？？

Невероятно красивый отель с отличным обслуживанием. Шикарные номера, красивый вид из окна на море. Удобные кровати. 130-метровый бассейн на улице, небольшой бассейн и горячие ванные в помещении. Вкусный завтрак. Все шикарно, приятно, дорого. Находится в отдельном заливе, вдали от всех других отелей. До ближайшего маленького города - 20 минут на такси.

Last year, I had dinner at Park Hyatt during the May Day holiday. The experience was good. This time, I booked two days because I had time. The hotel butler Finoa contacted us one day in advance, and then warmly received and introduced us. She also sent welcome fruits and refreshing drinks. She kept in touch with us throughout the whole process. The service was really nice. The hotel is indeed a different view at every step. The 130m swimming pool is the most satisfactory. I was very worried about the weather in Sanya when I came here. The recent continuous thunderstorms also cleared up as we checked in. The whole hotel is very quiet and private, very suitable for vacation. I will come again if I have the chance🖖🏽
