I would not recommend this place. The hygiene was extremely poor. The bathroom had visible mold and did not appear to be properly cleaned. The bed was old and badly sagging, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. The host did replace it after we complained, but the replacement mattress was still worn out and sank in the middle.
Cleanliness and basic maintenance clearly need improvement. Our experience was quite disappointing. We ended up leaving early because the conditions were not acceptable.

Excellent facilities and a very clean environment. The location is incredibly convenient for the duty-free shop, First Market, and the yacht center. We happened to be there during Typhoon Swordfish, and thankfully the glass doors held strong – quite a scare, but no harm done.

My first impressions were how clean and spacious it was. The location is also incredibly convenient, with the duty-free shop, port, and night market all just downstairs. And the price was truly attractive! Our host was incredibly responsive, always quick and prompt to answer any requests. The living room was so spacious it could easily accommodate a sofa, a mahjong table, and even a 2x3 meter blueprint. The thoughtful airport transfer service was also a big plus.
