這次入住嘉佩樂的體驗感非常好，尤其是我的文旅觀Krystal特別細心，在入住的時候還送了三個椰子給我們一家人，而且對待我父母的時候很有耐心，看起來是個堅韌且負責的女孩子。而且嘉佩樂的早餐還是一如既往的高品質和美味，總之下次來海棠灣還是會選擇入住嘉佩樂

房間很大，稍微有點潮但是瑕不掩瑜。服務態度特別好，文旅官daisy認真負責，響應及時，還主動送了椰子和蛋糕給我們，早餐特別好吃，泰餐廳也好評呦~酒店海灘很乾凈，維護的不錯。

我跟先生相識19年紀念日選擇在嘉佩樂度過，店家跟krystal小姐姐給了滿滿的儀式感，非常感謝，首先前台辦理入住很快小哥哥幫忙拉行李收東西，在前台添加了文旅官krystal的管家微信，非常nice的小姐人美心善，送我們到房間介紹房間設施，房間設施保養維護的非常新，晚上睡覺超安靜，小姐姐每天發微信提醒我們酒店的各種活動，非常感謝krystal小姐姐的精心安排，嘉佩樂不僅是海南酒店界的天花板，它的服務更是天花板級別，真是賓至如歸，無微不至的細緻且周到！環境非常整潔乾淨，所有的工作人員都會主動問好，早餐品種非常豐富工作人員服務意識強👍酒店附近有很多吃飯的大排檔，非常便宜味道也不錯，嘉佩樂的環境不比國外差甚至還要好，海灘沙子乾淨細膩，沒有雜質，之前我跟先生都是去峇里島度假，口罩原因選擇了海南，每年都要來海南打卡1到2次，這次選擇嘉佩樂真是不虛此行，不負美好！感謝小姐姐跟酒店的精心安排！非常推薦入住嘉佩樂真可以體驗一下它的服務與環境。

關於嘉佩樂酒店的入住感受：
這次來三亞訂了三家酒店 分別是瑰麗 東方文華和嘉佩樂，嘉佩樂的價格其實是最貴的，所以本以為應該服務、環境是最好的，但是入住之後驚訝的發現，太讓人失望了。
首先是服務方面，（客觀點評），好的地方是入住很有儀式感的送上了鮮花和蜜月蛋糕，不好的地方我也會一一敍述，首先三千多一晚的房間竟然不是戴森吹風機，還是我專門打了客房電話才送來了一個；其次酒店面積很大，但是接送的小車卻很少，叫一次也來得很慢，文華東方這方面的服務做得更好；最後就是感覺服務人員的服務意識不強，早上敲門問我可不可以收拾房間，我説晚一點吧，他又問那什麼時候可以收拾（我住了很多五星級酒店，沒有見過這樣的服務人員。）吃飯的時候要了兩杯冰美式，等了很久也沒有人上，又要了一次才急急忙忙跑去做。退房的時候，我和老公拿着行李很重，有個服務生跟在我們後面玩手機玩了一路也沒有説過來幫一下。
其次就是環境和早餐，嘉佩樂無論是園林還是房間裏環境都非常有自己的特色，又不失設計感，中式園林氣息體現在方方面面，但是晚上電梯裏有很多小蟲子在飛，這點在其他的酒店都沒有出現過！早餐確實很棒，比其他酒店都要豐富和用心。
總結一下，聽説嘉佩樂是三亞酒店天花板才會過來，但是確實太令人失望了，在海灘時或者在門口時的服務人員一會在崗一會不在崗，房間裏的燈的開關也標註的不明確，冰箱裏甚至沒有無糖可樂，都不如比他便宜一兩千的瑰麗和東方文華，希望酒店能好好認清自己的定位，作為我個人，下次來三亞不會再考慮定在這邊。
