I took my son to the Children's Day. The cultural and tourism officer who was responsible for receiving me was Dean. I booked the growth camp on the day of Children's Day, but the package I booked did not include it. I was not sure about the situation, so I asked Dean, and he directly gave me a free full-day growth camp. It was a surprise. The hotel is very large. I have stayed in other hotels in Sanya, but none of them are as big as Capella's basic room. The most important thing is that Dean is very considerate. Because I usually don't take the initiative to ask, but Dean took the initiative to give me two fresh coconut juices and a small cake for Children's Day that I can DIY. There are many surprises. What surprised me most was that Dean contacted me at 10 o'clock the night before I left the hotel and said that there were small parting gifts, beach bags, and unique little stars and luggage tags. It made me feel valued. The experience was really good. I have stayed in many five-star hotels, but only Capella made me feel at home. Probably because there are few people, it is quiet, and it is suitable for vacation. ⛱️The afternoon tea and the nightfall ceremony are very special. The coconut buns for breakfast are especially delicious. The growth camp has rich activities and the children are very satisfied

酒店設計風格我很喜歡 沙灘和泳池都很漂亮 房間佈局也很好 員工服務意識滿分尤其是Daisy，非常的周到和貼心 下次還會再來

整體很好，酒店的服務基本是三亞的頂了，也比較安靜，人不多。文旅官 Dean 也非常熱情，值得帶家人一起度假

文旅官Eda從入住開始就全天侯接待我們，因為是紀念日還特別準備了蛋糕。酒店早餐超級豐富的，下午的點心也很適合遊玩以後補充能量，晚上還有入夜儀式，有專業的歌手演唱還有不限量供應的紅酒起泡酒。最後離開時還為我們準備了伴手禮。下次還會選擇嘉佩樂。

這次住嘉佩樂真的非常非常滿意！首先服務是我住過那麼多酒店服務最好的一個，沒有之一！文旅官daisy的細心真的有感動到我們，因為入住退房各種小插曲，最後都很完美的幫我們解決，而且速度又快！這裏要嚴重表揚daisy!拋開地理位置優越酒店環境優美這些因素，衝著這麼優質的服務下次我們還來！還有酒店真的很適合親子，各種活動孩子也很開心！最後要表揚下嘉佩樂的床品也很優秀，我因為很挑床品，床品厚薄軟硬剛好讓人感到十分舒適，就是睡香香！還有就是泰餐廳也是在我的味覺上，入住一定要去！如果預算夠建議大家一定要沖！下次再來！
