連續住了一週多沒遇到過這種，應該是三亞最差的酒店1.**續房不接，還退款不管2.開發票説很忙沒時間3.房間環境差噪音大4.空調壞的也沒人管5.電腦配置差還卡，沒耳機6.電話諮詢態度差，還説那我應該什麼態度？這就是酒店服務的優越感？

房間蟑螂可是有點多 在電腦桌吃飯 蟑螂爬到鍵盤上真噁心 吃到一半吃不下去了 之後説要退房前台和老闆也沒有迴應 真差 避雷

差不多兩百塊錢住的電競房!體驗感極差!主要是電腦網絡太差了，一點都不好，辦理入住第一時間就想退房了。但是諮詢了商家不能退了。勉勉強強住了，和圖片相差太大了，房已經很老式啦！不建議來住不要來住！
