房間相對比較緊湊，環境不錯。帶娃出來玩，1米2以上要補早餐費用。還有看到其他平台更優惠，平台協商，酒店不同意退訂後再次預訂。這種感覺就不太地道。

因為住的比較舒服，又繼續續住了幾晚。父母非常滿意，非常感謝陳文武經理對長者的照顧，還貼心的送了水果，臨回京前還特意準備了些麪包讓帶着。再去三亞還會繼續選擇紅樹林的🥰

酒店位置好，風景很美，但裝修偏舊。前台和中餐廳，服務一般，不熱情也不主動。最大問題是酒店停車場沒有一個充電樁，我租的特斯拉害得半夜出去充電。

旅遊來紅樹林感受慢節奏生活了，很放鬆的酒店。開放式大堂，園林通透大氣。前台接待Kelly笑容可掬，服務很人性化，給我們的安排的房間很不錯，還免費升級了，值得表揚。總機Jenny客服高效服務也給我們的旅程留下了美好回憶。值得再次來體驗的海邊度假酒店。
