一個有愛的酒店讓一個人的旅程倍感温暖，因為是一個人住沒有太多要求大床就好，可能辦理入住的工作人員覺察到我不太高漲的情緒，快速專業的辦完手續後為我介紹了周邊的景區餐飲，當地的特色小吃還陪我聊了會天，加了我的微信，把酒店的綜合訊息發給我，讓我有需要幫忙的地方可以聯繫她，真的挺感動的。

This hotel was highly recommended by a friend after his vacation. Seeing the rave reviews online, we decided to try it out. First of all, the location of the hotel is really great. It is located in the city center, and it is very convenient for dining and shopping. It is also close to the beach, where there are many foreigners and a strong exotic atmosphere. The service of the hotel is also really good. 銀泰是我們全家一致認可的三亞性價比最高的酒店。我們連續十多年幾乎每年來都會住的酒店。這次的管家潘彥小美女服務熱情周到，更增添了我們旅途的幸福感。

從進門開始，就有禮賓幫忙拿行李，酒店整體有一股香香的味道，房間很乾凈，早餐也很豐盛。特別是前台的接待，我們有需要隨時微信他，馬上就幫忙解決了，包括入住酒店的設施的使用時間等，非常熱情。還有泳池跟寵物樂園。小朋友非常喜歡。性價比非常高的一家酒店

This stay was a good experience. The hotel has a holiday atmosphere and many foreigners. It feels like a holiday abroad. The garden, swimming pool, and beach are full of foreigners. The hotel has many guests and is very popular. The room is clean and comfortable, and the facilities are well maintained. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic, patient and responsible. The breakfast is good with many varieties. I didn't expect it to be open until 12 o'clock. I saved a full lunch every day.

1. The location is excellent. It is in Zhengda Donghai Resort. It is very convenient to eat and buy around. It takes a taxi from the airport for about ¥70! 2. First, the two young men at the front of the store were very nice and friendly and took the initiative to help take the check-in to the front desk on the second floor! Second, the waiter at the front desk was very professional and friendly and provided useful information and explanations during the check-in process. The most surprising thing was Thank you so much for upgrading us to a sea view room and delaying check-out until 2pm. Thirdly, the room is so bright, clean and spacious with a first-class sea view outside the window, the bed is white, and the air conditioning is sufficient and comfortable! Although the shop has been built for a while, it can be seen that they have done a good job in maintenance! 3. The morning buffet is very easy to arrange from 7 to 12 o'clock, so there are not too many guests gathering together, and the food is rich and varied, so you can enjoy your meal leisurely! 4. There are both large and small swimming pools with good facilities. You can get to the (affiliated) beach in one minute, and other facilities such as fitness rooms are also open! 5. The most amazing thing is that most of the guests in the hotel are Russians (mostly family members). We have become a minority and have the opportunity to go abroad! Wonderful~ My stay of just four days and three nights is about to come to an end with great joy. I hope to stay again in the near future. I sincerely thank all the staff at Haidian!
