攜程上看了很久臨海的酒店，對假日的地理位置很滿意，提前一天就收到了管家Hana孫詩韻的聯繫，提前幫我們安排好了房間，而且非常nice，主動送了歡迎水果，提醒我們入住事項，房間很乾凈衞生，早餐很豐富，這次帶媽媽住的很舒心^O^😁😁

在要離開三亞的前兩晚選擇這家酒店，想着離機場很近，結果超出預期。酒店雖然不是那麼大，但是該有的都有，反而更適合我這種沒有方向感的人，不管是出行還是去泳池、拿外賣都很方便，小童活動豐富 不額外收費，酒店環境幽靜 不嘈雜 雖然離機場近卻並沒有聽見什麼噪音，游泳池配置有很多救生員 全天都在認真巡視 遛娃很放心。特別是前台經理jack專業熱情 主動升級房型 介紹酒店環境 幫忙預約送機，酒店還有贈送的下午茶，體驗感拉滿。酒店離沙灘很近 雖然這邊較偏 但人少浪柔很適合小朋友 也很漂亮哦～下次來三亞還會入住🏖️

酒店距離機場很近，開車衹需要十幾分鍾就到，房間衞生環境也非常棒，服務人員有求必應，尤其是管家Tina張海蓮，每天早晚主動問候，提出有什麼需要幫助的地方，有需要幫助的地方積極配合，在我們離店早上還給我們貼心準備了早餐帶走，非常感謝，酒店是我去過的酒店唯一提供洗衣片的，禮賓部的員工也會主動提供幫助幫忙提行李，下次再來三亞帶娃還會首選三亞灣假日度假酒店

服務：管家Lily很貼心，提前一天就聯繫詢問有沒有什麼需求，入住的時候免費給升級了房型，看到我們的訂單裏沒有早餐還給我們免費加了兩份早餐，考慮到三亞蚊蟲較多還給準備了防蚊手環，房間裏給準備了歡迎水果。因為前一天我們航班延誤到店較晚，第二天又給我們延遲到下午三點退房，從入住到離店一直耐心的服務，滿足我們的需求！給Lily點贊！其他的酒店工作人員服務態度也很好！
環境：酒店靠近海邊，從房間可以直接觀看海景，酒店內的環境也很不錯！有泳池、小童遊樂區等等
總的來説作為三亞的第一站，體驗很棒！下次還會再來
