服務：管家Lily很貼心，提前一天就聯繫詢問有沒有什麼需求，入住的時候免費給升級了房型，看到我們的訂單裏沒有早餐還給我們免費加了兩份早餐，考慮到三亞蚊蟲較多還給準備了防蚊手環，房間裏給準備了歡迎水果。因為前一天我們航班延誤到店較晚，第二天又給我們延遲到下午三點退房，從入住到離店一直耐心的服務，滿足我們的需求！給Lily點贊！其他的酒店工作人員服務態度也很好！
環境：酒店靠近海邊，從房間可以直接觀看海景，酒店內的環境也很不錯！有泳池、小童遊樂區等等
總的來説作為三亞的第一站，體驗很棒！下次還會再來

這應該是三亞灣最推薦的酒店酒店之一了！酒店超級乾淨舒服，泳池玩樂項目雖然不多但水很乾凈、前台、管家、和救生人員也非常友好。入住豪華海景房的時候前台還給升級成了家庭房、非常寬敞舒適。管家袁倍Bailey服務非常周到，有問必答，回覆及時。如果下次再來三亞灣一定還會來住！

Мы путешествуем самостоятельно . Отель дружелюбен к иностранцам . Очень дружелюбие к детям - им подарили игрушки и разные приятные мелочи . Спасибо Дженифер за организацию отдыха - номер с красивым видом и комфортабельный трансфер до аэропорта . Купоны на послеобеденый чай с пирожными пришелся очень кстати . Много развлечений для детей - готовят пиццу , играют на воде и прочее . Завтрак отличный . Отдельное спасибо за еду для детей в день выезда в аэропорт. Пляж хороший, море бескрайнее , никто из моря не выгоняет , купайся где хочешь . Пляж прямо через дорогу , одна минута .
