三亞福朋喜來登酒店位置絕佳，處在三亞灣的核心地段，從房間出來沒走幾步路，就能到美麗的椰夢長廊，柔軟的沙灘還有熱鬧的海月廣場。而且交通也特別便利，不管是去機場還是市區都很方便。周邊配套設施那叫一個齊全，餐飲、購物的地方很多，晚上還有熱鬧的夜市，想買點紀念品或者吃點當地特色小吃都很容易。不管是像我一樣來休閑度假的，還是商務出行的朋友，住在這裏都超合適。

房間設施老舊，進去後還以為住了一個100多塊錢的民宿，因為臨街，很吵很吵很吵，沒有一點度假的感覺和心情，對聲音有要求的千萬不要住，最讓人不能接受的是，早餐，吃過最難吃的早餐，沒有之一，而且水煮雞蛋，我真不知道是不是真雞蛋，大家看一看圖片，吃起來沒有一點雞蛋味，雞蛋黃和雞蛋清完全分離，就像假雞蛋一樣。

定了2間房，其中的城景房給升級了海景房，停車方便，美中不足地下沒有充電車位。
小童每日全餐好評，在三亞灣C位，景色很美。早餐的烘焙都很好吃，品質都很好，但種類略少。

環境：地理位置好，就在椰夢長廊旁邊，出了酒店對面就是海邊。晚上路邊有很多大爺唱歌跳舞，稍微有點吵，不過到了夜晚就結束了，不會吵到睡覺。
吃飯的話周邊離小海豚海鮮也很近，吃飯的地方方便。酒店自己也有特色燒烤。
衞生：進了房間稍微有點潮濕味兒，不過跟前台要了除濕機，問題馬上就解決了，夜裡睡覺也聞不到潮味兒了。
服務：服務周到態度好，問題很快得到解決，服務員也都很熱情。
設施：酒店中間有公共遊泳池，晚上還有音樂。

房間裏非常非常重的黴味，問了酒店説海邊的房間都是這樣，可是後面住別的酒店都沒有這種情況，且衞生情況一般。寫着是豪華型，實際感覺連經濟型都算不上。優點是早飯還算可以，海景還算可以。

優點：
服務特別好，工作人員都很客氣熱情，事事有回覆，響應很及時，酒店位置不錯，周邊吃的很多，打車也很方便，對面沙灘也很好。
缺點：
首先，房間比較老舊，所以總給人臟臟的感覺，花灑固定不住，一打開水直接沖耳朵裏了。
其次，我是我寫這次差評的理由，就是太吵了！太吵太吵了，住的20樓，樓下廣場的大喇叭從我16點到酒店一直吵到我受不了被迫20點30出門，特別大的聲音震的心臟疼，幾點結束的我不知道，第二天早上八點不到又開始了，加上汽車喇叭聲，完全沒法睡覺，就像睡在大馬路上！房間陽台的玻璃移門沒有一丁點隔音！

隨便定了這裏，因看到説離沙灘極近，但實際去沙灘要繞到左右路口紅綠燈處才行，不過也算近吧，還好衹定了一天。服務打了個良好是因為我定的送機沒問我也沒提醒我，雖然後來因沒提醒沒催促我也懶的乘接送車，打算自行打車，但感覺總歸不怎麼舒服。包括套餐裏的東西什麼到南山了什麼出海了什麼的都沒問我要不要。嗯，也正常，程序化麼，不可能每人每天都這麼熱情。看錯了衹定的衹有單人早餐，問了下不能送，本想加個，看不怎麼熱情就算了，不過樓下附近還真沒什麼好的早餐店，跑遠了去吃確實不怎麼方便。我住店有二三次也有讓加個早餐，一般都會加，衹是加了因起床晚等各種原因都沒用上過，但心裏舒服，畢竟免費香麼雖然沒用到。看別的評論説有黴味，其實不是黴味，靠海這點鹹濕味是很正常的，不重，比起有些靠海星級酒店還算可以的。淋浴房比較大，水壓很大甚至太大，衞生間還是舒服的衹是少智能馬桶。陽台缺兩把椅子。
