房間乾淨整齊，對的起這個價格，非常適合長住，房間通風明亮，陽台晾衣服方便，長住一樓廚房可以簡單做個飯，門口停車也方便，出門就是超市，夜市，菜市場

樓下有個燒烤店，有時凌晨2點多，還有人喝酒，聲音很大。酒店設施一般，但120多元的價格，也就這樣了，不能要求太高。去林旺菜市場，蜈支洲島，免税廣場都還方便的。公交直達。
