Yalong Bay Villas & Spa

The front desk staff member was exceptionally kind and upgraded us to a villa suite for free. Staying in the villa was truly comfortable, with complimentary 24/7 shuttle service—a car would arrive as soon as we called. Getting to the beach was also very convenient; we rented an electric scooter, making it super easy to ride to the beach ourselves. The villa was incredibly quiet and comfortable, and the room was especially spacious! This price was definitely a steal!

Our hotel experience was fantastic! The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, and the shuttle bus service was super convenient. The entire hotel has a lovely tropical rainforest vibe with excellent greenery, perfect for a relaxing stroll after dinner. The villa itself was also very clean, tidy, and comfortable. The pool was huge, the biggest we've seen out of the four villa hotels we've stayed at in Hainan. We'll definitely be back!

The South Asian-style courtyard and decor are superb, clean, and tidy. While the room facilities aren't brand new, they are perfectly functional.

Wow, this hotel feels really comfortable. While the common areas might not be as spacious as some other hotels, all the rooms are individual villas. The vegetation is abundant, and the air is very fresh. The rooms are also in a Southeast Asian style, very distinctive, giving you that 'secluded path leading to a hidden tranquility' vibe. You might hear people talking in the corridors, but other than that, it's quite quiet. I read some reviews mentioning mosquitoes and spiders, but I honestly didn't see any. It's really good value for money!

Overall, it was great. The ambiance was lovely, and the courtyard offered excellent privacy. The room hygiene was on point, and it's just a short walk to the beach.

This villa hotel offers a serene environment. The private pool is well-maintained and sparkling clean, and the hygiene details are impeccable. The staff provide attentive service, and it's very close to the beach. Overall, it was a truly satisfying stay.

I'm not sure if all the rooms are like this. But at least in the room I booked, as soon as you walk in, you see two beds. The space is cramped, and the layout is quite bizarre, with the back of the bed against the bathroom shower, only separated by two pull-down curtains. The room is next to the stairs, and two guest room doors are right next to each other, so any door closing can disturb the neighbors. The main issue was how noisy it was at night; I was woken up multiple times throughout the night, and it only quieted down around 2 AM. A large portion of this hotel's business comes from Russians, so whether it's noisy at night really depends on the other guests' behavior.

Booked a three-bedroom with friends but got upgraded to an executive villa due to various issues. The service was pretty good, and they were prompt in addressing and resolving any problems. It's not too far from the beach, and there were indeed a lot of Russians. The breakfast, however, was definitely not great – not even watermelon juice. But overall, the experience was still decent.
