房間的品質，設施齊全，衞生乾淨，衞生間大又舒服，海風實在是吹得舒服，下樓後面就是沙灘和大海，穿過一條小道就是亞特蘭蒂斯大酒店和水世界，我們的卡可以隨意通往隔壁，非常方便，休閑旅遊性價比非常高

房間很乾凈，也很大，視野非常好，和旁邊的亞特蘭蒂斯比，簡直是性價比之王。樓下游泳池，小型遊樂場，孩子玩的很開心。叫外賣非常方便，很多。俯瞰整個海棠灣，景色很壯觀。

僅代表個人意見 入住樓下沒醒目標誌 一個公寓名字也不是自己預訂公寓 衹得電話詢問 詢問後告知到某一棟樓的二樓辦理入住 按指示搭乘電梯 電梯間人多且運行慢 電梯關門時需把過道的側門關上才能完全關閉 理由是風大電梯門關不上 唉 到二樓仍然沒見預訂公寓名字 衹告知到某一間房辦理入住 進去仍然不見醒目標誌 衹見兩台電腦後坐着倆人 我走到一半又退出來 因怕是別人的辦公區 這點對比三亞的餐飲市場 簡直就是天壤之別 後期終於應話 先看我的訂單是不是他們酒店 見確實是他們客人 態度立馬有點轉變 手續辦完後告知我房間在另一棟樓 想到剛乘坐的電梯 有點後怕 衹得硬着坐 到房間陽台風景確實不錯 但房間偏舊 衹不過想想 公寓吧就這樣 直到退房時 微信告知某房退了 店家也乾脆 回覆 慢走 很好 你不在意我的旅遊資金 我也無所謂 想想這幾天的三亞餐飲市場 包接包送 從進店到離店店家無微不至的關心 還非要讓客人提出意見 再想想這住宿 唉 衹是我的想法 大家僅供參考

千萬不要去，房間差的要死，和圖片不符，房間最多值幾百塊，又爛又黑漆漆的，完全沒有度假的感覺，去了之後發現不好，我要退款，不給退，服務人員態度差的要死，受到了冷眼相對，就一句話不給退，告訴你，你想報警就去報警，叫了警察過來才願意給道歉，這麼破的地方有什麼拽的，這座堂岸都是你的？海棠灣有很多性價比高的別墅，又大又便宜，給大家避雷，出去玩是為了開心的，不要花錢給自己找不痛快！
