I found breakfast quite limited but cheap of courae. The room was nice. No furniture on the balcony. No beach nearby but not far from Dadonghai by car. Nobody speaks English at the reception. Every communication took a long time. Our fridge did not work and we were told it is the same in every room. We insisted to change it and they did. The swimming pool is large but mostly shallow and nobody swims in it. But we tried and found one hood spot a bit deeper. I think they need to change the carpet in the hall and improve breakfast.

Overall the stay was good. They could use some customer service improvements and open the bar.

Clean hotel. Location is good, only 4 minutes by taxi to Xiaodonghai, and 10 minutes to Dadonghai. Breakfast is good, there are some western options. Swimming pool is big, but only the area in the middle is for adults, other sides are for kids. Not enough sun beds near the swimming pool. There is no direct entrance to golf fields. If you want to play- need to go to the golf club next to the hotel. Room is very cozy, with balcony, super comfortable beds and pillows. Reception doesn’t speak English. But when we asked to help us with the TV in our room the staff was very helpful. Thanks for that 👍

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff were polite and friendly. It’s a beautiful hotel. However, you are not allowed to drink any alcohol on the premises. The swimming pool only had 8 chairs. When we asked if they had more chairs for us, they said we had to wait for other people to leave then we can use their chairs. Also, the Western restaurant wasn’t western. It was a Chinese restaurant.

great location right accross from the beach where theres also a boat dock and lots activities to do..also had a good view of the ocean if you choose an ocean view room.

There was a damp smell when entering the door, and every corner of the room was visibly not cleaned properly. The floor of the whole room was old and did not match the five-star rating at all. The bedside was dirty and old, the big bed was just two small beds put together, and the quilt was damp. The sliding door of the balcony was dirty, and there was an electric sound when watching TV in the room. The facilities in the whole room were very old. The shower head in the toilet was old, and the shower gel was dirty. The edge of the sink was dirty. Now many homestays do not require a deposit, but a five-star hotel actually requires a deposit of 500. The Chinese and Western restaurants in the hotel do not have air conditioning, the Chinese restaurant is not open at all, and there is no air conditioning in the lobby. Although the front desk service is OK, you have to go downstairs to pick up the takeaway, which is inconvenient. The main problem is hygiene. One side of the elevator does not display the floor, and you can't see which floor you are on. The hygiene is too poor

I took my family out to play and came across a hotel with a very high price-performance ratio. The environment was great. Just a few steps out of the lobby door, you can reach the beach, and next to it is the sailing port. The children had a lot of fun. It was a great trip!
