第一次入住三亞亞龍灣人間天堂鳥巢度假村，這次我們選擇入住了兩晚，辦入住時前台貼心的給升級了房型，賓客經理小孫入住當天提前聯繫我們，加上微信讓入住期間有遇到任何問題或者約禮賓車直接聯繫她，特別方便，也很貼心周到，當我們反饋了台階有點多走着累，馬上給我們調整了房間，入住和退房都有行李生拿行李，酒店的服務很不錯，整體住的特別好。很不錯的一次入住體驗！

入住時酒店前台很貼心的升了級，入住期間有管家隨時跟蹤服務周到，設施完善，衞生非常好，環境一流，是個休閑度假的好地方，遊玩項目雨林飛漂特別值得玩，玻璃橋棧道拍照很棒。早餐豐富意外的還有羊排供應。

作為內陸人第一次入住鳥巢度假村，真的感覺到了人間天堂，景色也太美了，此生必須住一次！！聽我的！！住帶海景的！！很滿意的一次入住體驗，賓客部孫經理提前主動聯繫我們，跟進入住期間的所有服務，有事直接找孫經理就可以了，退房還主動給房間延遲兩點，真是貼心，為孫經理的服務點贊！明年來三亞還要安排住兩天入住鳥巢度假村。

紀念結婚十週年，因兩個孩子還小，也沒法出國兩人浪漫旅行，所以帶着兩個拖油瓶來三亞一起慶祝，第四次來三亞，但第一次遊玩亞龍灣熱帶天堂森林公園，入住鳥巢選擇了山頂觀海房，風景視野無敵，孩子們玩的很開心，三天兩晚愉快的週末，萌寵樂園孩子們去了兩次非常喜歡裏面小動物，無邊泳池無敵，淡季來感覺非常自在，服務也非常好，期待下次再去，開心的回憶。
