It was a great choice to stay in this hotel, definitely value for money, great for families with kids! Spacious and clean coupled by very good concierge and room service on hotel butler on WeChat to even check again in the late afternoon if you need to clean up the room when we put up no room service required.
I will definitely choose this hotel when I am back next time. Best hotel choice for this year!

一般，很吵。
尊享酒店專屬旅拍:非常差勁工作人員態度很強硬我帶寶寶時間不能確定因為寶寶要睡覺工作人員説拍不了然後預約好讓我不要遲到結果我為了旅拍就沒有去安排別的海灘活動因為第二天就要回家了浪費了我一下午時間等待結果到了沒人給我們拍照就一個人前台工作人員讓我簽字就讓等着了，寶寶鬧瞌睡結果我們衹有離開了。非常差勁！👎避雷這家如棠拍照旅拍就在酒店一樓！

訂的房間朝向工地，感覺不好。與前台和管家協調後立即給升級調換到面向大海和庭院背朝工地的方向。服務真的是好。退房前申請延時1小時，結果當即回饋給延時2小時。管家真管用。

酒店真是出乎意料的好～房間佈局特別合理，套房都可以單獨隔開 而且有兩個洗手間！！（馬桶+淋浴房）和爸媽一起的家庭游完美適配！
大陽台真的超級爽，爸媽一直在陽台喝茶看風景，喜歡的不得了。管家levi是隨時響應的情況了 服務滿分！各種問題都隨時解決，雖然這兩天三亞天氣不夠滿分 但酒店真的給了太大驚喜，希望有機會再來

The sea view from the room was great, but the construction nearby was really noisy at night and made it hard to sleep. Breakfast is at the building next door, it’s very good with plenty of choices.
