和朋友一起過來三亞度假，選擇了威斯汀 價格很實惠 酒店環境也很好，但是當時訂房的時候沒有注意看衹訂了一份早餐，Grace liang知道了以後給送了一份，服務很熱情周到，除了隔音有點差其他都挺好的！

酒店設施簡約，樓層總體不算高，床柔軟舒適，就是房間有點味道，接待hong也及時幫忙溝通解決，短短住了一晚，園區很優美，整體體驗還算不錯

這次在威斯汀酒店休息的真的很好，小朋友在玩項目的時候受了傷，工作人員和管家gold細細的問了我們有什麼需要幫助，送了創可貼，還有給小朋友送了小禮物，體驗真的很好。劃皮艇，游泳，小火車，騎家庭自行車，我們下次再來還會定這個酒店哦！威斯汀應該算是我們入住過的親子酒店中，服務最好，項目最多的酒店！多年一直信賴

總體來説，超五星的體驗感
提前一天管家Luna就和我主動聯繫，並加了微信，還幫我們預約了機場大巴，超方便，我們的時間剛好和機場大巴匹配，一下就省了打車費
整體入住期間Luna都會主動和我聯繫，看有什麼要求，可以做到有求必應的，超級贊，而且需要什麼東西都會很快的送來
前台小哥哥也很nice，屬於有求必應型哦
酒店超級大，想去哪裡都有電頻車可以載
來三亞就是感受五星酒店的，沙灘泳池一應俱全，
我們訂的是家庭房，三個大人加寶寶，我身高一米六多，睡圓床還不錯，衹是半夜的時候腳會在床外面，不過不影響
酒店整體環境都很乾凈，泳池也是超級大且乾淨，還有寶寶防蚊手環
下次來還會選擇這裏的

這次出行一共定了三個酒店，威斯汀時間最短卻是我最念念不忘的，河道泳池不光出片，趣味性還很強，雖然入住的兩天都有雨，也沒能阻擋我們玩皮划艇的熱情，而且這個地理位置太有優勢了，逛免税店直接從側門出去就到了，總之這次入住體驗很不錯，已經推薦給家人朋友了，下次再來要住久一點，很多活動都沒時間安排，最後還要特別感謝一下管家Cassie，態度很好，有問題及時幫我解決，比心！！

河道泳池可以玩皮划艇，小童活動豐富。地理位置也很優越，靠近免税店，購物很方便。中途出了點小意外，房間煙感報警器突然響了，好在後麪解決了，晚餐菜品明顯沒有以前多了。但是管家服務還是很到位的，感謝Tang小姐的熱情接待。
