這次住威斯汀真的超級滿意，本來訂了一天，後來又續住一天，管家Tang幫忙協調升級了房型，幫我們安排了原房續住，回覆消息也很及時。離店也一直在關注我們。酒店環境也很美。很棒的一個酒店。

辦理入住，辦理了半個小時。從來沒有哪個酒店可以辦那麼久，攜程搞這個什麼入住擔保金，到店還要重新付，麻煩**，還不如不要。前台也是，搞不清楚到底啥子狀況，弄半天，小朋友又睡著了。
再來説環境，送的什麼入住水果，生黴，長蚊蟲了，給哪個吃。送我都不要。垃圾桶沒有垃圾袋。受不了
酒店環境一般，可拍照的地方也少。將將就吧，不會再來了。
送的小朋友玩沙的鏟子，還不如5塊錢買一把的好挖，不過畢竟免費嘛。
管家式服務，有求必應。唯一的好處應該就是離免税店近。
樓頂無邊泳池關閉。沒什麼可玩的。海邊餐廳看不到海。早餐不值200多。真的很一般

海南環島遊，在海棠灣就選擇住在離免税店最近的酒店，酒店位置極佳，從酒店有條路可以直接穿過馬路就到免税店。網上訂好房間就收到管家Ella Chen微信請求，發了許多酒店情況，入住後又幫我們升級了海景房。酒店房間很大，設施也很完善，泳池邊貫穿的河道還可以划船🚣。退房因為朋友過來接時間較晚，管家Ella Chen 幫我申請了延遲退房。總之，住的非常愉快，下次還會選擇！
