酒店位置好，就在免税店隔壁走路過去幾分鐘，購物很方便的，還有擺渡車可以在酒店內接送，出行便利。貴賓接待Tang服務很好有問必答，還幫我們約大巴去機場。

管家Tang提前聯繫加上微信，幫忙安排房間，兩個房間相鄰方便我們照顧。酒店環境還是很不錯的，拍照也很美，可以打卡網紅河道泳池。出行也方便門口就有出租。

隔了幾年第二次入住威斯汀還是很親切的 距離免税店下樓過條馬路就到了 省出了很多時間逛免税店 再不用着急忙慌了 園區景色不錯 河道很好玩 小寶寶都玩瘋了
這次的管家服務 管家Tang很不錯 從還未出發海棠灣到離開三亞服務一直跟隨 有贈送果盤和主動詢問是否需要床圍欄真是暖到心裏 因為在三亞呆了好幾天沒一個酒店問😂

蠻好的蠻好的，第一次選擇威斯汀，比我想象的驚喜。1.位置完美，出門就是免税店，可以每天去轉一圈。2.房間不錯，定了2個雙人間，管家主動升級為套房，兩個房間兩個大床還有衣帽間，體驗非常贊。3.性價比高，51價格蠻良心，且最後一天我們晚了一天走，花了一個普通房間的錢，管家幫忙免費升級到了套房，不用搬家了，非常感謝，下次還是住這家。4.小盆友很喜歡，親子感覺滿滿
