Junda Seaview Hotel

Room 322 felt uncomfortable and oppressive! When asked for my reason to change rooms, I insisted and moved to room 7004! As soon as I entered, it seemed like the previous guest had just left – the floor was wet! The bathroom and sink hadn't been cleaned! Most importantly, when I opened the duvet, I found hair! (See picture) I was speechless! The sheets hadn't been changed! I proactively called the front desk to get them replaced! (Other pictures can be seen if you've been there). Hygiene: Poor, quite old. Facilities: None. Environment: Very average, not as good as other hotels. Service: No service. Price was 287, and they said there were no rooms available, yet other platforms had them. Isn't that strange?! The hotel offered a complimentary breakfast as an apology! Am I someone who can't afford breakfast? It's really odd. The experience was truly bad.

The hotel environment is good and the hygiene is well maintained. The front desk service is attentive, check-in was quick, and it's pretty good. The price is affordable, offering great value for money. Coconut Dream Corridor is just across the road, it's close to the sea, and the breakfast also tastes good.

Upon arriving at the hotel lobby, I was immediately struck by its grand and upscale feel, and the surrounding environment was also lovely. The entire hotel was spotless, and our room was spacious and clean. We initially booked for two nights, but decided to extend for another two upon arrival, making it a total of four nights. The front desk staff kindly upgraded us to a sea-view room. All the hotel staff were incredibly polite and always greeted us warmly. The outdoor pool water was crystal clear and very clean. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and tasted excellent.

They upgraded us to a super big family suite for free, which was really a pleasant surprise. The swimming pool is also excellent.

After returning to Sanya from Xisha, I once again stayed at the Sanya Junda Seaview Hotel. It felt consistently good, as always! The environment is beautiful, the rooms are spacious enough, the facilities are complete, and the service is thoughtful. It's worth mentioning that every dish at the hotel's Chinese and Western restaurants for lunch and dinner was exquisite, delicious, and reasonably priced. From now on, whenever I come to Sanya, I'll be staying at this hotel.

The hotel's location is excellent, just across the road from the beach. The front desk staff proactively upgraded our room for free. We stayed in a boutique sea view king room on the first night, and we were very satisfied. You can order lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant; the menu is quite extensive, and prices are moderate. I particularly recommend the Wenchang chicken. Breakfast was just okay.

This hotel truly lives up to its 'sea-view' name; you can enjoy ocean views right from your room. Step out the hotel's front door and you're directly on the beach, located right in the popular Coconut Dream Corridor, making it a hot spot for influencers. The hotel offers excellent service, warm hospitality, and comprehensive facilities. The restaurant boasts a diverse menu. It's the perfect choice for a vacation stay.

Facilities: They have a delivery robot, which is quite convenient. Cleanliness: Very clean and tidy. Service: The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and resolved issues promptly.
